It is a sad world where we live where life of any living seems to be worth nothing. Defenseless animals being tortured and abused. The guilty should rot in the darkest places for this. This upsets me so bad to see animals treated in this way. There is definately no acceptable 'excuse' for this cruelty. Whoever has done this to this poor dog should be treated just the same.
