I am so sick and tired of walking around my school, going out into the city, and driving around seeing all these white people acting black. Stop acting like a gangsta, and pretending that you live in the "hood". I, myself, am white, and every one of these wannabe gangstas that I see live in the suburbs around where I live. I would like to see one of them actually live in the streets of Harlem for an hour without getting shot.

Some of these racially insecure *******es believe they are black. When I say black I'm not referring to skin color. I'm referring to a culture. Back in the 1990's, MTV started playing a lot of hip-hop black culture music. By the year 2000, MTV had become a predominately black music network. In the process, white kids from coast to coast embraced this transition and in turn lost their racial identity. Not only was it now cool to be black, it was cool to act black. Evidence of this phenomenon can be witnessed in newspaper clippings of gang attacks where a single victim will be gang stomped by viscious thugs. Usually white kids trying to be gangsta. Its very sad indeed. I personally believe that an underlying fear of african- americans by the white culture help to lead the whites down this path of racial indentity crisis. Instead of being white and fearing the black culture, MTV convinced these kids to embrace your fear, become what scares you the most. It's pretty lame that white kids became that pussified in the 90's. Now there is no "white" culture or "black" culture. Just a bunch of MTV gangsta wannabee dumb****s from the Atlantic to the Pacific. They come in a variety of colors but their demeanor is always the same. One example is: A black male is poor and has lived in a project his whole life. He is "ghetto". But, is it the fact that he is African-American that makes him become "ghetto" or is it his living conditions? If a white male were to live in the same project under the same conditions, would he not become "ghetto" also? Another example: A black male and a white male both grow up in a wealthy suburb. Does the white person become any more "white" than the black person? That is why we should all be treated like equals. After all, we are all animals. We do have the gift of intelligence but that does not change the fact that we are living, breathing, and feeling creatures.
