I think its unfair that Paramount cut out a half-hour of footage. The writers and directors put it there as part of the story and we should get to see it.
Direcor's Cut should be made available if for no other reason than the studio will make some money...even though they'll be tacitly admitting their mistake in cuting it in the first place.
I'd love to see a Diecrtors cut of the movie. I think especially after watching the movie with comentary and all the DVD extras. That, the full vision of the producers and artists in this case were curtailed by studio execs. Who ered on searching for a finacial bottom line. As aposed to creating thoughtful entertainment and art.
because I would defenetly love to see this version of the movie. And I believe that Director had a better insight on his creation rather then the editor who threw something away.
I enjoyed what Kusama brought to the film and would love to see what she fully intened. Besides, there's a strong market for director's cuts in general.
