For signing this i state that gay marriage should not be against the law and that is the same as straight marriage, it should be the citizens' freedom and is not wrong in any way, we should be able to marry who we desire, opposite sex or not.

I'm bi and very pro-gay rights, even before I came out. It's wrong for people to discriminate against a group that makes up about 10% of the population out of simple petty fear. Homophobia is one of the most destructive and pathetic fears among humans. It's lead people to be killed or shunned or exiled, simply because of a natural attraction or love for someone of the same sex. Churches have instilled the idea that loving someone can be wrong and brainwashed their members to enforce this belief. Their form of enforcing it is banning gay marriage.

People are entitled to a happy relationship, and legal acknowledgement of their relationship, regardless of what gender(s) those people are!!! People love who they love, and it is NOT the right of anyone...including the government...to tell them that they are not entitled to their feelings, or their pursuit of happiness!!! (Closed-minded, unintelligent people hide behind vague excerpts of religion, when up against something that they are not equipped to understand).

I support gay marriage. For those of you who are against it, saying that it's against God, don't you think that if God didn't want people to be gay, He wouldn't have made them gay? Did you know that scientists may have found a "gay gene" in DNA that makes a person gay? Don't you think that if God didn't want people to be gay he woulnd't have made that gene? Think about it.
