I want to create a petition against the tens of thousands of animals killed every year by P.E.T.A for those who do not know it stands for, People for the Ethical Treament of Animals. It is estimated that they killed 14,400 cats and dogs from July 1998 through December 2005. They put to death OVER 90% of the animals they took in during 2005. They have what they call "death kits" with the euthanizing materials and two PETA organizers are being put on trial for killing 30 dogs and cats, putting them in trashbags, and dumped them in some rusty dumpster when they take in millions of dollars every year from donators that think they are putting this money to good use! I think this is absolutely disgusting because I am going to school at Oakland in the fall for Veterinary Medicine and I love animals with all my heart, and to see pictures of plastic bags being ripped open and dead animals, even babies being poured from the bags makes me so sick. So I just want to see how many signatures I can get to see if I can complete my goal and find something or someone to get these animals into good homes instead of being SLAUGHTERED!
