as of now it should be required that when anime is dubbed it must target an age group thats no younger then 2 yrs younger then the japanese versions age audence but can be targeted for an age audence as much older as they want while this is the case they can cencer as much as they want but it must keep with what was said before eg. if in japan a show is for ages 15+ then the american version can't target kids under 13 and can target an age as young as 13 as the youngest age group or for older people as much as wanted and as long as that rule is followed and is not altered too much then let them cencer all they want
