You people who think complain about nintendos consoles sucking because of bad graphics and stuff first of all you people don\'t seem to realize how much work goes into something like this.... second at least nintendo tries to innovate heck nintendo practically started the video game industry... I researched it nintendo has been around longer than microsoft (mind you they werent doing video games back then) also nintendo practically made the video game console what it was. nintendo is the original so all you kids who just bought your new 360 (note I am all for the 360 just dont diss wii) and here from your friends that wii sucks nintendo was the first and they set the design and standard of video games nintendo has won every console war out there to date... nintendo has been going strong with video games for over 30 years they have been making games since microsoft was potty training on how to code so think about it without nintendo there wouldnt be a ps3 or xbox 360

I was playing it round a friends and it's so EASY there just is no challenge in it. Playing back on my old Game Boy games i found them so hard because i'd been settled into the coma of easy gaming. The kids growing up with it now aren't going to have thier brains stretched enough, everyone loves the Wii because it moves wen u do. A mirror does that.

The wii is the cheapest console ever launched with a 250 $ price. The wii is a cheap console, his processor is a single core cloacked at 1.2 ghz and the grafix chip isnt as much 68 mb with means that against other console its easely 1 generation behind. The wii commercial with the two girls, the slim one is the wii and the fat and ugly other is the ps3 is the worst anti-sony commercial I ever saw, how can the ps3 be ugly when his design and power can easely outperform the wii for a decade, the wii console is like a toy for kids nothing else.

Wii+Call of duty 3=FAIL
I have never played a game with such annoying controls in my life, I seen games with bad controls but nothing like this.. My god. Before yesterday I hated the wii becaues im anti nintendo biased.But now I have a reason. I almost cried when I seen what they did to the call of duty series.
Everything form aiming rifles to simple running is harder then it sould ever be.
Simply aiming with the iron sights its incredibly glitchy. when rotating with dynamic aim on your iron sights go off into the far left or right so your FOV(Field of view) its total screwed over he could he a foot from where your sight is aiming and you would not know it. Many Wii fanboys like to call aiming with the Wii remote in COD3 the best thing since sliced bread aiming with the Wii remote. they call it realistic. And at close range and when your not effected by a screwed over FOV it can be fun. I love to blast away germans with my thompson at close range. But aiming a rifle at targets 100 feet away holding it like a handgun? Not that realistic to me. Its the hardest time I have ever had trying to hit a target. Im shure a few setting adjustments could fix this but I had to aim above the TV to aim at my target . Also my arm gets tired fast but thats due to the fact Im lazy.
And my god throwing grenades!!! I sould have not used the nunchuck controller becaues you have to flick your wrist to throw a greanade. But I assumed they wanted you to throw over-hand. the real way to throw a grenade. I died about 10 times becaues I did not flick my wrist [/ANGER] Plus throwing grenades is inexcusably inaccurate. its far easyer to throw something in real life. Now on to movment For the first hour of play I could not get my character to run consistently. Sometimes he would but most of the time he would walk slowly. Now being shot at my a squad of enemys with machineguns and rifles when im out in the open is not fun. infact it sucks. I soon realised that I
Let me say this, all my friends got a Wii and talk about it like it is holy, every day they are like "Oh Wii this and Wii that" IT ANNOYS THE HELL OUT OF ME! And now all they do is go home and play on their bloody Wii, even my best friend, I ask him if he comes over and he says no because he wants to play the Wii and some other lame excuse. I actually don't support this petition. I think that anyone who does support this is a bunch of whiners. If you were "true" gamers, you wouldn't give 2 shits about the name of a home console. If you're honestly not going to buy the system cause of the name, then that shows how shallow you truely are.

The name "Wii" does not support what Nintendo has been preaching to us these past months. They have been saying, for the most part, that "this is going to be revolutionary" and then come out with the name "Wii" which is rooted from the fact that this is going to be a community system, which they did comment on several times, but not as much as the system being "revolutionary." It just does not cover every aspect of what the system will do.
I support this petition. The name is a complete joke! Nintendo is going the wrong way with this name. The meaning maybe great but the name just wont catch on here! Nintendo compared the name Wii, to websites such as Google, Yahoo, iPOD, and other 'odd' names. But this is a video game console not a website or a music player!
