I believe this potition is a great thing to have, but since it is only online, it may not do much. There needs to be a printed off copy submitted to ANY and ALL who could really help.
I am horrified at how much of a wreck the place still is, especially the poorer parts that nobody seems to care about! SOMEBODY HAS TO DO SOMETHING. Those somebodies who are high on the ladder, need to make time for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. And I do not mean only the "rich" folk either.
it's a great idea that can help New Orleans thru their activity, but also shine a much watched camera on parts of New Orleans that people don't know. They need to know how much work is still necessary.
