When an Armenian young person gets killed in such a reckless manner, it translates into a loss of at lease 3-5 people, considering the victim's potential future generation. Our nation is way too small to lose its population in such manner.
Once you feel the pain of losing someone beloved you realize that serious measures need to be taken to stop such accidents, since it is not a feeling you want others to experience…
I know that we cannot change what happened to Arazik and many other road accident victims before her, but I hope that by takeing these measures we will be able to prevent future death and suffering. Rest in peace dear.
Unfortunate road accidents occur everywhere in the world; however the traffic conditions and driving habits in Yerevan only increase the possibilities of such incidents, especially for the ever increasing visitors who are not accustomed to such conditions.
The Police do stop and fine drivers all day long, let them do so for good reasons.
