This is a great show and I am so sick and tired of great shows being canceled after only a season or two. This show needs to stay on the air. People are slow but eventually they will catch on give it time.
I must admit I didn't watch this show until a friend bought season 1 on DVD, now not only did I buy my own, I bought season 2 and eagerly await the episodes that air on TV this present season. This show is soooo wity and clever -- PLEASE CAN PAM and KEEP the BLUTHS -- get better marketing for the show!
Arrested Development is my favorite show on television and the only one with smart humor. If "stacked"(which is only watched for pamela's outfits) can go past a pilot, we deserve more episodes of AD.
Cancelling "Arrested Development" now would be foolhardy and premature. If "Seinfeld" had been cancelled midway through it's third season, when it was hardly setting ratings records, we never would have seen classic episodes like "The Contest." "Arrested Development" is an equally quality comedy that deserves comparable respect.
Every single person I have showed this show to has had the same two reactions. 1) This is a great and 2) I have never heard of it before. All the show needs is better advertising on the higher brow channels (not Fox) and it'll bring the ratings up.
I just started watching this show, and it's BRILLIANT!! In my opinion, it's the only good comedy on television these days. Don't get rid of a great thing, Fox. It would be a disasterous mistake.
"Arrested Development" is such a great and unique show! This senseless cancelling would be an incredible loss for TV :-( Please FOX, think about your decision very carefully, especially about all us sad fans...
Just got into this show and it IS the best thing on TV. FOX - I had no idea this show was so funny nor so critically acclaimed. Get some marketing people working on this!
Fox, I just don't get it. This show is brillant. I need to find out what Kitty does with that frozen sperm/embryos and a few more episodes are not enough!
Don't lose the funniest show on tv. Then all you have left is Housewives screwing the neighbors and stupid people lost on an island. Leave me something to watch.
Very upset to see this being cut once again. I'd like to think Fox would be able to market this show effectively. Changing time slots has been hard for many people this season, especially 7pm on Monday! Like seasons 1 and 2, I will buy this DVD when season 3 comes out. I'd love to see this show continue and bring in strong numbers for Fox, but if they drop this, I can't wait to see the following it gets on a more competent network.
