I blame America. America is too stupid to appreciate smart, witty comedy like "Arrested Development". They need to be spoonfed their jokes. Save "Arrested Development"!!!
Arrested Development is the best show on TV. It's smart and funny and it's a shame that not enough people watch. Please keep it on the air and market it better!!!
I just got into this show over the last few weeks thanks to the DVD's, and I am deeply saddened the show may be lost. If you can get more people to buy the DVD's, people will be forced to realize what a high quality show this is.
The AD audience is an important niche that is constantly neglected. Networks need to realize we have more forms of entertainment now and if they want to keep us around they have to start marketing to smaller, more specific groups. Or they too will learn (as the newspapers have recently with up to a 15% decline in viewership) the hard way.
Dear FOX,
Please just try this show in The War At Home's slot one time to see how it does before you cancel it. We love this show, you love this show, and with the proper presentation, all of America will love this show.

If this show is cancelled, I offically lose all faith in the networks' supposed goals of "entertaining people," and fall back on the sneaking suspicion that it really IS all about money and sponsors. Please, FOX, prove me wrong.
To cancel this show is rediculous. Thank you for allowing it to stay on, but give it another chance. Give it a better time-slot and market it better. It's such a great show it should follow something with high ratings so people can just tune in. BEST.COMEDY.EVER.
SAVE IT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. I mean, after a 5 week break for baseball, what do they expect when they put the show back on and don't do one damn inch of marketing for it? even the fans didnt know it was on! For f*cks sake, market the show properly and air reruns so more people can catch on!
Arrested Development is the only show I watch during primetime. Switching the show to monday night while the west coast has monday night football was the worst thing to do. this show is the best thing since seinfeld.
This is the best writing in the history of the craft. To cancel this show is beyond inhumane. It demonstrates a basic lack of care for society, a hatred of all things good. It is exactly what we have come to expect from Fox. Well done, douchebags.
12 Emmy's isn't enough? Fox refuses to advertise the show or give it a time slot that is actually drawing viewers. Pairing it up with a brand new show was a terrible idea. Arrested Development is the best thing to happen to television. It proves that people out there still have a brain. Apparently the executives at Fox don't though...
It's not the show's fault it has so few viewers...look at all the awards it's won! Why don't you try some effective advertising! This is my favorite show ever! PLEASE don't take it away.
Since I started watching the show a couple months ago, I've bought both seasons' DVDs and personally gotten ten other people hooked on the show. Four of them also bought at least one season set of DVDs.
I promise to keep getting more people on to the show if you keep it on!
Arrested Development is an astounding show. Please don't cancel it. However many people sign this petition, that is only a very small percentage of the people who appreciate and watch this show. Please, give it more of a chance to grow. Seinfeld didn't get a big audience until the third season, and look how that turned out.
PLEASE reconsider about the cancellation of this Arrested Development... it is THE most intellegent, funny, interesting show on television right now, BAR NONE. It is being recognized for its greatness by fans, actors, and even critics. You will be losing one of the best TV shows of all time if you cancel Arrested.
Fox stranglesd AD with poor advertising terrible time slots. Worst move EVER! I hope another network picks it up and it becomes the most popular show on tv. Fox...you've made a huge mistake.
