This is the best show on the air. No matter what the ratings say, this show clearly has a lot of champions. There are more of us than you may imagine who value the originality and intelligence of the show. Arrested Development - It's a fun, sexy time for us.
Please keep this show on the air forever and ever. Never let the "talent" leave the lot. They must work day and night until they are replaced by more beautiful and stronger performers who will then work until replaced by even more beautiful and stronger people. Let there be light in the air and may all of the songbirds be forced to sing the same song at exactly the same moment. I am tired now and want my nap.
Dear mucky-mucks at Fox: why don't you view Arrested Development as your "prestige" show, the way record companies keep critically acclaimed, but not blockbuster, artists around? You will gain my respect, for one, and probably the respect of many others.
This is the greatest and most original show I have seen in years. Don't let such a gem go because most of America doesn't get it. The only way to keep your intelligent audience is to keep this show and shows like this alive.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. It took Seinfeld four seasons to catch on...I hope Fox has enough sense to keep AD around. The fact that they've renewed it through two low-rated seasons is a bit of a bright spot, though.

This is the first pettition I have ever signed for a tv show. AD is the only show on tv that I notice when it is not on each week.
This show needs time for people to get used to. I hated the simpsons initially, now I am a huge fan. I just needed to get used to watching a cartoon in prime time (also the shows got better). Word of mouth got me to give the simpsons a second chance. Believe me, I'm spreading word of mouth now, and for no other reason than I want to share the pleasure that I get from this show. another season or two and you'll have another simpsons on your hand. Believe me, you're not going to be able to hit a better home run than this show. Give AD a few more at bats.
To quote Gob, "COME ON!" But seriously, Arrested Development is one of the funniest and most original comedy series of all time. It would be a sin to see this show be canceled to put, yet, another reality show. Or, even worse to replace it with some soulless and trite formulaic sitcom.
save the show! its witty humor is unmatched by any other commedy around. every friend i lend my season 1 & 2 dvds to are instatly hooked. also, you should advertise the show MORE. nobody knows when it is on.
jebus. why is it that the show with the most loyal fan base has to petition every year to keep their favorite show on, but shows like joey and gilmore girls don't. if you have more billboards and commercials advertising the number one comedy, i THINK you'll be okay.
Arrested Development is the only show I regularly watch on television now. I am a college student with little time and money, but I own both season one and two on DVD and will gladly purchase the third and fourth if they are ever made. Please keep this incredible series alive.
Why is this show even be concidered for cancellation? Maybe they should give it a good timeslot and some decent advertisement instead of the short shrift that should really be reserved for a dead weight like the Simpsons.
Arrested Development is refreshingly original and funny, without playing on offensive stereotypes. Keep the show, don't let the World Series make you believe ratings are low!
pretty much my favorite comedy on television. Have been lost the last few weeks during MLB when AD has been off the air, please bring back for another 10 seasons or so...
