Arrested Development has been the smartest and most entertaining comedy series since The Simpsons. I can't believe Fox is even remotely considering canceling the show. Rating, schmatings. Maybe, just for once, sponsor revenues shouldn't win out over quality. Tell the sponsors that a good number of us can TIVO or DVR through the commercials anyway.
If they would stop moving the shows night and time every other week, more people could keep up with it. To cancel would be a big mistake for the network and the advertisers.
Many great memories attached to this fine series. all great things must end but I would argue it is far too early for this to end. I wish it had of been an HBO. Fox sucks bollocks
I'd hate for only 3 seaons of AD DVDs to be sitting on my shelf alongside the one season of The Ben Stiller Show (cancelled by Fox) and Undelcared (ditto). C'mon!
Because of Arrested Development, I know that Burger King has free refills. Arrested Development is an advertiser's dream come true. Keep Arrested Development on the air, and you'll keep the sponsors happy.
A.D. is the only show you really have to pay attention to if you want to catch all the inside jokes. Without A.D. we'll be left watching the same old punch line type humor we've been watching for the last 20+ years, with the exception of Green Acres that is. Off the wall humor is better the mainstream any day.
Save the only true comedy of quality on Fox. It isn't fair that it doesn't get a full 3rd year especially with the Baseball playoffs killing the regularity of the episodes.
This show is the only reason I watch tv. To cancel the only quality show you have on you station is a bad idea. Hasn't Fox learned from the mistakes that were made with Family Guy?
