This is the only sitcom on television that always make me laugh. Why does every show have to be a monster hit? This show is so LOVED by its fans. That has to be worth something. Plus its BLEEP-ing funny.
this is the funniest show since the simpsons debuted. it's a shame that this show is getting canceled but shows like war at home, stacked, and american dad is still on. please save this show. convert more people to this show.
I wouldn't expect a network that stuck by a show like "married with Children" to understand the intellect and humor of Arrested Development. - come on FOX, prove me wrong!
Fox is becoming known as the network which cancels excellent shows. First "Firefly", then "Tru Calling", now the funniest show in years, "Arrested Development". Imagine if they had canceled "The SImpsons" when it only had 4 million viewers.
This is the nest comedy show ever created! I own both seasons on DVD and I buy them for friends and family in order to keep making new fans for the show! Give us more Arrested Development!!!!
Fox: Why.Don't.You.ADVERTISE!? If you spent more than $7 advertising this show, it would be more widely received. The brilliance is there, now just advertise it!
I've been a loyal fan of some shows on Fox throughout the years. I've not always agree with some of the choices Fox has made but still stuck with it. Now you finally have a show with a good cast, sharp humor and great dialogue and you are getting rid of it. A show of quality. Let's face it "quality" isn't really a word you associate with the Fox network. This is a great show all around yet shows about Pam Anderson's breasts (which are great mind you) remain on the air. Get your stuff together Fox. You're slowly flooding your station with crappy shows piece (So You Think you Can Dance?) by piece (Nanny 911).
If Fox didn't keep randomly not airing the show and replacing it with Prison Break repeats, maybe the ratings would be higher. Regardless, everyone I know watches this show.
Arrested Development represents the most original writing on TV and is a breathe of fresh air. It is witty, intelligent, and brings a different, and highly diserable, demographic to your lineup. Please, do not cancel this wonderful show.
DO NOT DOOM A GOOD SHOW BECAUSE YOU NEVER GAVE IT A FAIR CHANCE. i'VE SEEN THIS HAPPEN YEARS BEFORE WITH FUTURAMA. iT WAS AN EXCELLENT SHOW BUT IT WAS NEVER GIVEN A DECENT TIMESLOT TO WORK WITH. aRRESTED DEVELOPEMENT CERTAINLY HAS MORE GOING FOR IT THAN THE DULL, CONTRIVED REALITY SHOWS FILLING THE PRIMETIME SCHEDULE.
This is the funniest, most clever show on television and if FOX dumps it this will be a huge loss for TV entertainment. I don't know how they figure ratings, but everyone I know watches this show or tapes it for later use. I have introduced this show to dozens of friends. Please don't cancel Arrested Development!!!!!
Please don't kill this show! It is by far the best show on American TV, and is one of the few TV shows I watch regularly. It would be a shame to see something so good be taken off the air!!!!
PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE!
SAVE ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT!!
I'll do anything. I'll buy from Fox sponsors.
I'll even watch Fox News!. Just don't cancel Arrested Development!!!
This is the most creative and genious show on television since South Park...I laugh harder in one episode than I do through must entire seasons of other sitcoms...by far a crime to cancel, especially when you have 'Stacked' a) still on TV and b) on the same netowrk...rediculous.
Fox, please keep "Arrested Development" around. All you need to do to keep viewers hooked is to place it in a non-competitive timeslot (Tuesday nights?) and keep it there all season so that people have a chance to catch it every week. Don't mess around with the timeslot!
This is just another move that proves why I only watch Fox for the Sunday night cartoons. Everytime I get hooked on their one smart, funny show (which they always happen to screw around with the night it airs) they always end up cancelling said show and proving that they are not as intellectual as I thought they were. Good job Fox for dissapointing me yet again. With the ability to watch my favorite cartoons, moves like this make me think it's time to quit watching Fox in general, I no longer have faith.
Hi, FOX Network! Now, don't be scared. I'm not gonna yell at you or call you names. I am simply going to suggest you consider renewing Arrested Development for a fourth season. My reason is simple: it's the best television show on the air today and I want to continue watching it. I have purchased the first season on DVD. I will purchase both the second and third seasons. And if you allow it to continue, I will watch and purchase the fourth season. Ratings are what they are, but you know that people are passionate about this show and that goodwill will translate into DVD sales in particular and good karma for FOX in general. C'mon, guys. Let me have my show for another year. I'd do it for you.
For the love of all that is good on tv, this show must remain on air. this show is brilliant and will only by replaced by some $h1tty reality based program. Please fox, do the right thing!!!
Arrested Development is, by far, the funniest and most intelligent program on the air. Please don't cancel it over results from a flawed Nielsen ratings system. TV viewers with intellectual savvy (such as those who watch Arrested Development) are FOX's bread and butter, like it or not. If our favorite TV show is pulled, there are certain to be serious consequences for FOX's ratings in other areas as well. Save Arrested Development!
I CANT BELIEVE YOUR KEEPING STACKED WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY STUPID, AND DROPPING ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT. AD IS GENIOUS AND I CANT BELIEVE WE HAVE TO CONSTANTLY LIVE IN FEAR OF YOU GUYS CANCELING IT. MAYBE WE'LL GET LUCKY AND ANOTHER NETWORK WORTHY OF THIS SHOW WILL PLAY IT IN A GOOD TIME SLOT, AND IT WILL RISE TO THE TOP WHERE IT BELONGS!
Fox, think of your comedy legacy. The country catches up to brilliance, even if it takes a few years (see Seinfeld, Cheers). Herman's Head was on for at least 3 season, plase bring Arrested back
Please, Fox, make up for cancelling all the other great shows that you have axed in the past by resigning AD. There are people out there who desire more originality and intellectual engagement than "Prison Break" and "The OC" can offer. Let that fluff float the network, and keep critical and cult hits like AD around to improve your image!
