We feel a lack of education in the Judicial system. Sexual and Domestic Assault is a world-wide epidemic. Every 90 seconds someone in the world becomes a victim of rape. We could use 'Special Victim's Unit' not only on television, but in every county across the U.S. perhaps even the world.

Local Law Enforcements are simply not capable or educated enough to find this issue as serious as those who may be educated in the field or those who have been inflicted with this pain. Good citizens and children of the world.

We need trained individuals, given specific jobs to help victims of sexual assault or domestic violence stop becoming the ones accused.

Individuals who will get the rape kits off of the shelves and into fast hands before trial dates are set, help the needs of rape survivors suffering from aftermath pregnancies who need special one on one attention, this would also help us obtain better laws against sexual predators and pedophiles.

It could also help aid in child abduction services and family counseling opportunities. To think that we have a Police Enforcement center set up for Animals, even a Drug Enforcement Unit and yet we do not have the same for Survivors is sad. This is not something that should be left up to the hands of every day ordinary officers of the law who specialize in intimidation techniques to catch liars and thiefs, this needs to be a trained center of enforcement against assault so that we can finally put rapists away for longer periods of time and educate Survivors on the rights to speak out. Every issue deserves a good look!

I hope to reach a goal of one million signiatures. If I can get more that would be awesome. I intend to direct this message to the President of the United States as well as The California Congress.
