people still contunue to smoke and do drugs and they no that it's bad yet they wont stop and eventually they get sick and the docters already have lots of others that need there help more but the smokers practily get them selfs sick and the docters have to cure them well i think that those who smoke or abuse illegal drugs that get any what soever diesease that smoking or drugs cause should just be left there to die that way theres less smokers and docters can treat people who realy need them as fo those who quit they must have gone 30 days without smoking or drugs to be helped and second hand smokers get full rights due to it not being there fault
