An intolerable situation has been slowly festering on Balto Source (http://baltosource.timduru.org/balto.html), the largest fan community of the Balto cartoon movies currently on the internet. A small number of the moderators of the site have obviously lost their focus, and have been abusing their moderator authority for the past year.

Circumstantial evidence indicates that these moderators have used their positions, and their friendships with certain other members of Balto Source, to bully and harrass members whom they do not like, or with whom they have found themselves in disagreement over one issue or another. Their actions have driven members away from the site, and alienated others. And it has come to a head. It can no longer be tolerated.

Moderators are required to be fair, IMPARTIAL, and to never behave in such a way that makes other members feel unwelcome, bullied, threatened, or unfairly treated. The moment the site started to lose members because of these particular moderators, those moderators lost the respect of the membership, and it is only their tight-knit group of friends who lend them their air of popularity and insufferable egocentricities.

The members, or former members, of Balto Source who have signed this petition insist that steet, the webmaster of the site, take the only action which will resolve this situation to our satisfaction. The moderators in question, CatWhoHas14Tails and DrewTheWolf, MUST have their moderator status and positions taken from them immediately, including all special authority and site management capabilities associated with those positions. We deem them unfit to continue in their positions, as they have become too conceited, too egocentric, and too abusive. Further, they have misused their positions as moderators to bully, cajole, harrass, intimidate and hurt other members of Balto Source, and to use their friends (some of whom are also members) to join them in these unacceptable tactics and behaviors.

We expect that immediate action will be taken by steet, webmaster of Balto Source, to fulfill the conditions outlined in this petition. To, for once, stand for his members, rather than to continue to allow two moderators to continue to abuse their authority and positions while he looks the other way.
