I totally support this petition. Comic Sans is the most disgusting font I've ever seen. I used it when I was like 6 years old, but now I know a lot more about fonts and typography and I just don't understand why people keeps using Comic Sans for EVERYTHING. There are hundreds of great comic fonts, so it is time to get rid of that hideous typeface...

Every time an advertiser says they want to use this sludge of a font, I substitute it, saying the font contains a destructive anti-artistic virus that kills anything it comes near to. And that's true. The Microshaft Corp. could take me to court over it, but I don't care. This sloppy eyesore is a virus. It spreads through ignorance, laziness and the insane idea that it looks casual and hip. It's yeuch with a good dollop of urgh huey over the railings. Banning it is the only cure.
