Animal testing: Does this dog like this food? Does this cat like this litter box shape? Does this mouse like this salt wheel? These are reasonable questions, ones that justify animal testing.
But some testing is just plain mean. Experiments are done on animals that have no possible purpose or reasoning, and animals are treated unfairly, ripped away from their owners, or even taken from animal shelters. where thay have the opportunity to find good homes! Everyday, pointless acts of cruelty are carried out on dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs, mice, rats, hampsters, gerbils, rabbits and the like, normal everyday household pets. Can anyone out there justify sticking a live bunny in an oven and turning it on? Can anyone tell me the scientific reason someone would do this? NO, THEY CAN'T, BECAUSE THERE IS NO REASON!!
