Stop the brain dead thinking and start realizing these are living feeling creatures of God. How would you feel if somebody served your child up on a menu? Not the same thing? Why not? Think about it. It's a defenseless baby.

Take a newborn away from its mother immediately, throw him into a tiny crate, chain him by the neck so he cannot move, make him live in his own filth, feed him an anemic diet so his muscles are weak and atrophied so they'll be tender, then call it a delicacy. It's an abomination.
I support this petition. The meat industry in general needs an overhaul as their ancient and barbaric methods of killing have never truly been updated sufficiently to stop cruelty to animals. I support this petition. Animals deserve better. It's bad enough with the cruelty they go through in their every day lives, but to have their little calves taken from them for more cruelty is barbaric. The mother cows have the same mothering chemical as people(oxytocin) so when the calf is taken away the mother she cries out for her calf. Even though we have done this for years,it doesnt mean it is RIGHT!!! and for what? b/c of tasty meat? If ppl would actually see this horror, a great majority would stop eating it. We need to use the internet and the media to present shocking awareness to the mass, especially the young ..they are the future of ''change''.

Anyone who eats this or serves it on their menu is disgusting. Don't eat veal and never will. Do the right thing and stop veal as a meat period. It's time animals were treated with respect. I support this petition. As a retired chef, there were two things I refused to serve: Foie Gras and Veal. I had a few run-ins with my bosses, but I always won.
Veal and Foei Gras are extremely cruel to the animals. No one should ever "raise" it, cook it, serve it or eat it.

These animals deserve better. Cows should not have to be subject to having their calves taken away from them. The mother cows have the same mothering chemical as people(oxytocin) so when the calve is taken away the cow cries out for her calve. Its truely sick all this torture for what!? because people enjoy the taste of meat. The taste of food should not be more important than the horror used to obtain it.
