THis game controles a persons mind. since my bf started with this game our relationship isn't going good as it used to be, he is like a different person and he has lost interest in everything but the game.This game has a force on players that needs to be broken!it's like it sucks out the soul of a person,( I meen can you imagin your bf or friend or family thats hooked with the game and when your going out rarely together he or she is there with you but it's like their not there and you know that they are thinking about the game?) World of Warcraft is beginning to take over the weak minded like an addiction. My fiance and I used to be so close, now all he does is sit in front of the screen always "in the battleground" and almost at a pathetic level 50. The game should be outlawed and prohibited in every sense. I hate it and ALL supporters of this senseless and useless way to spend 15 hours in a day.
I lost a good friend to WOW. All he does now is play WOW. He plays it show much cause he is one of the best players in his realm. I guess that since he can't be important in real life, he can be important in a make beleive life. Its sad too becuase all his friends, including me, makes fun of him now. He has totally isolated himself in this game. So i will sign this petition to ban this game. Before my friend starts to believe his Guild mates are his real friends.

Domonican: you are silly, seriously, you think i couldnt afford to use WOW? i could EASILY afford it, but you see, there are much better things to spend money on. i.e. socialising with real people! i have seen what WoW does to people and it truly saddens me, particularly considering it isnt even that great a game... the graphics are shoddy and the physics are of Quake 1 standard. these people dont seem to see how their lives are being eaten away by this disease.

I play WoW it is fun because it is medieval, I still find time to do social stuff I'm not 'Geekly' addicted, as 02lancastr said, there are loads of games like WoW, such as Ferentus, Runescape, Knight OnLine. I been looking for a good medieval type, and WoW is it, i think your sad if you pay for this, because then you gotta play it to make the time worth while.. I like to cheat and play private servers = )
