This petition is a joke... If you can\'t have self discipline to limit yourself on a game, then you have a problem. WOW is simply a game like any other (Starcraft, counterstrike, Diablo II, ETC ETC) for simple entertainment of mind. Go fight real world problems, not peoples entertainment.

Wow has what, over 10 Million subscribers, and all those people are, "anyone who prioritises their rating in a game over their real-world lives is obviously mentally defective". It's everyones own choice whether they play wow or not. If you're losing friends and family to wow then maybe you should look at yourself and think about why your friends are choosing a fuccking videogame over you instead of blaming everyone else for you being spazzes.

I DO NOT agree with this petition. My wife, and son both play the game with me. We use WOW as family time. It teaches teamwork and communication, as well as resposibility for your actions.

I support this petition. Wow took so many good gamers away from fps and rts. It is the plague of the gaming world, It made me a noob, took me months to get decent at cs, and people on WoW are complete assholes who are obssessed with gear and stats so much they think it actually matters lol, ban the plague!

Ban this digital crack!my brother is addicted and rarely comes out of his room, neglects his friends because he has a raid, and if he actually talks to anyone it is about wow and he is angry at the world. his family and life long friends are sick of it, and there is nothing we can do about it.
Well you do realise you only hear about the extreme cases. When theres a person who dies of no sleep etc etc and it's due to wow of course you'll hear about it cause that is insanely sad and horrible. But the majority of WoW players actually can play the game responsibly and have fun in a massive environment playing together with friends etc etc, it's not fair to try take away something becasue a minority exploits it and gets fudged up by it. Oh and btw, you actually cannot in ANY circumstance BAN WoW,it's blizzards right to be able to publish what ever material they want, it's up to the consumer. A Game is a game, if there are people out there who feel like that is more important than life, then that's their OWN fault, not the games~ I used to play it, and I still had a life.
