This cumsucking shitty game has freaked me out quite a few times. It's difficult to hear people's stories about WoW while having to refrain yourself from struggling that person in question. I think it should be taken care of, I have freinds who have recently quit the game because it was takeing up too much of there life. I however think its the people who distroy there lifes not the game. honestly have the brain to know when you have been on too much, and play it in monderation. My husband and I just got married five months ago. But all he wants to do is play this soul-sucking game. I get up from work alone, come home from work (although he has been playing all day and all night he still ignores me, I clean the house alone, and go to bed alone every night. WoW is a complete waste of money, time and energy. People who live their lives corresponding with what's happening in this 'game' deserve to be shot, quite frankly. And the money these people are spending on it could be going to something FAR more productive and useful.
I hate wow. Wow is a game that takes no skill, it's a waste of time and money. But the real reason i hate it is because it's so popular. People need to realise that the game sucks before it's too late, think about it. Let's say 6 milion people play wow, all contributing 15 bucks a month.that's 90 milion dollars a month going too blizzard. now all the other game companys see the ammount of money blizzad makes and thinks "Hey we should get in on this". All of a sudden the production of good games comes to a halt and game devs all release more crap Wow like mmo's in the hope of attracting the stupid lamers that play games like wow.

The game doesn't reward players for their skills, for their mental capacity or for their reflexes, it rewards the gamers for the ammount of time and work they put into the game.

WoW damaged my life, until I woke up to myself and realised this shit is not real and it will not help you in the long term. A job, study etc, those things help. WoW is a game yes, but it has been designed to suck up as much time as it possibly can and that to me is the epitomy of evil. I see little distinction between crack and wowcrack. Same thing, different medium, and before anyone says you can always quit blah blah. GET IT THROUGH YOUR HEADS. Most people will NOT quit the game; they are too far gone already.

People are far too addicted to WoW. Someone needs to do something. At the very least, Blizzard could limit the player's time instead of allowing 24-hour unlimited play. Because there will be some people who will play through that full 24 hours.
I gained a lot of weight playing WoW, and I became a buffet boy because all I would do was go out and eat one meal (buffet) a day to fill myself up so I wouldn't have to take any extra meal breaks.
Once I broke out of the spell, I realized what was happening and started to lose weight and get my life back.

WoW took my life away...I had a WONDERFUL fiancee until the day he started playing WoW. He would and still does nothing but sit there in front of his computer and play it. He would do nothing to me and eventually it turned to be the center of his life and I was invisible. Sadly..we broke up because I couldn't put up with living with somebody who doesn't know you are there, its better off living alone. It trashed a wonderful life that I had and ruined a great person and turned him into trash. WoW is trash in my opinion and I hope something is done about this. At least a game like FFXI has a disclaimer before you log in that you have to accept to EVERY time before you play that says you need to not forget your family, friends, and job.....maybe Blizzard should take a hint.

This persistent world game itself is quite a feat of programming but the players, classes, quests (if you can call them that),the reward system, the honour system etc lack a depth and for the most part are really only developed for mental ages 7-17. Its no wonder so many people are actully closing their subscriptions. I also think its an absolute insult to the players that are genuinely nice people that they being ripped off by having to buy an expansion pack. Those corporate ass-bantits are charging for a expansion while asking for a monthly subscription! Thats what a subscription is for!
