Definitions according to the OED
Lazy - 1. unwilling to do work; doing as little work as possible. 2. showing a lack of effort or care. 3. involving little energy or activity
Busy- 1(a). having much to do. (b) occupied with sth; working on sth. 2. full of activity..
Now Bazy, in my honest opinion, should be a word to mean both lazy and busy.
Bazy- having much to do, but unwilling to do it.
Hence, busy, but lazy.
Truly, it would save one's breath saying "I'm very bazy" instead of "I'm very busy, but I'm also very lazy".
