I oppose the construction of townhomes for this land. Such construction would be a serious reduction in the quality of housing originally planned for this land and would negatively impact the surrounding homes. The city has an obligation to make the development adhere to the original plan promised to the homeowners to protect the homeowner's investments.

We are opposed to the townhomes. We purchased our homes based on the fact that this is a community of single family homes. This will reduce the quality of life of our community and lower our home values. If the townhomes are built, then the county and the developers should be forced to compensate us monetarily.

Furthermore, we expect that any construction between the two afore mentioned neighborhoods would be germane to the existing structures, single family homes meeting the requirements of the respective covenants.
