as a 20yr follower of the nascar scene, iam once again forced to deal with
some clueless stuffed shirts,vision of the nascar world.whenwill they ever
learn, ummm never! why even bother with Dave Despain, why not just go
straight to Mary Hart . sorry speed i give up on ya, maybe ESPN will get
back in the game again,and then ican enjoy the show once more.. |

Allan Bestwick is the best broadcaster in the booth! Why would you swith
him with the Burns fella that I can not stand? Someone at Speed T.V. is out
to lose all the old time race fans. Nascar Nation is a joke and I refuse to
watch it nor will I watch Inside Nextel Cup when Allan is no longer a part
of it. Why is this happening? I am ready to stop watching races on TV and
stick to MRN for my coverage.

Allen Bestwick is definately missed in the booth. This may sound stupid but
of the 3 (Bill/Benny/Wally), I must say Wally is probably the most polished
this year and that's NOT say much. I sometimes wonder if Benny's
even watching the same race as I am. Glad my local country station carries
the races every week. At least with the MRN gang you know what's going
on. |

I think Chris Long must be a big shot from another cable network sent to
destroy Speed Channel....he is doing an excellent job of it. Interesting
to watch a network being destroyed by one man while the rest of the
