Allen was the best thing NBC had going for them in the booth. I'm sure
Benny and Wally are very nice men, but they are BOARING. Allen was the
only bright spot in the broadcast. And as far as Inside Nextel Cup, when
Allen leaves, so do I. |

Allen has been around NASCAR for years , knows the sport and the teams ,
does a great job in the booth . Weber should stick to the pre race , Benny
should be out of the booth , he's always a lap down !! |

Moving Bestwick out of the booth means I at LEAST turn off the audio and
means I spend less time watching the race-including the probability of
turning it off and/or missing the ads. I will DEFINITELY not be watching
Inside Nextel Cup after Bestwick leaves. Should NBC and Speed consider the
loss of a viewer as all that important? I dunno, ask the NHL. |

for many, many years I am about ready to give it up. It has turned into a

making mistakes and Benny and Wally have to correct him all the time. Allen
is a great pit reporter, he knows the right questions to ask. He is great
in the booth too. He knows a lot about racing and the history of NASCAR.

How can you replace a very professional announcer? Your programing did not
get any better only worse. Then replaceing him on INC was a huge mistake.
How can you bring in someone who could care less about NASCAR to take over.
Our TV sound is off during races and only turned on when Allen is speaking
and when he leaves INC we (my family) will not be watching and don't
even get me started on that show you call NN! |
