I'm a kid just looking for a place to skate, me and some of my friends usually go to Bigelow school (now a religious school) because there are always other skaters there putting down some of their boxes and rails because they just want a fun and local place to skate. Although there is one problem with this activity, everytime I go down there to skate all the equipment is gone and i'm not sure where it goes but I would like for it to stay and would like your permission for it to stay and here are some reasons why it's a perfect place to keep it there, for one the tennis courts constantly go unused...There are never nets and the bars that keep the net supported aren't even there anymore. I just hope that me and my peer's voices are heard because we just want a local place to skate because I live too far away from the other skate park because it's on the other side of town, and many people use it and there isn't much room.

There is another thing I just want to get across, there is a skater who is sponsored by a skateboard shop called Eastern Boarder he is very talented and is trying to make a difference and all the skaters happy and have a place to go when they just want to have fun so they don't get hassled when trying to skate some sets (jump stairs) or grind a curb or handrail, and get made to leave, it makes us feel like we're nobody in this society and we are people too who have feelings. Him and some of his friends are paying with these out of their own pockets and it would be a shame to see such a great job go down the drain because that ledge took alot of work. I hope people will read this so we can make an impact on our community and make people happy and get the kids out of the streets and some place safe from ongoing traffic or pedestrians, but if you get to know some of us we aren't bad we just want to have fun like you, everyone has a hobby when we're younger so why take it away?...I'm not accusing anyone of being a bad person I just want to get my point across I do respect my elders and don't see you as bad people as a matter of fact I like our city it is run with top quality officials and keeping our town safe from criminals and such...So if you can just find it in your hearts to give this one more park to us we will repay you by keeping the park clean and making sure no one gets into fights or spray paints on anything and we'll keep it drug free and everything all the adults would like to see, because this is a hobby that anyone can enjoy it would be great to grow old and tell my kids this is where I went when I was your age, and I made a difference by sitting down and making a change.
