For some time I have supported the idea that William Petersen would provide an interesting interview for Inside the Actor Studio. I hope to see this interview soon!
As lead actor as well as an executive producer of the #1 drama on television, I believe that Mr. Petersen would make a very worthy and enlightening guest.

This would be a wonderful chance for fans who discovered Mr. Petersen's work via CSI to become more familiar with the other aspects of his career. He is an accomplished Chicago stage actor who has chosen to work in Hollywood under his own terms, often times choosing less than commercial roles. He is a man of principle and passion and is very worthy of a closer look.
I would love to see such a talentuous and versatile actor talk about all the different characters he portrayed over the years, especially this enigma called Grissom.
