Shelton Jerome Holloway, A Mentally Retarded Male With An I.Q. Below 30, Is Currently Serving A Life Sentenced For The Rape And Murder Of A Fellow High School Student, Patricia Ann Hannah. Patricia Hannah Was Last Seen Walking From A High School Dance On April 11th, 1987. It Was Rumored That The Actual Murderer (s) Removed Her Organs For Illegal Organ Sales.

Shelton Jerome Holloway is currently serving a life sentence for murder. Mr. Holloway is a mentally retarded individual, who we feel has been wrongfully accused. There is a discrepancy between Mr. Holloway's signature on his confession form and that of the Miranda Rights form. In addition to this, no DNA testing was ever performed. The Alabama Attorney General's office has refused to reopen this case. We need you to bring attention to these facts by signing our petition.

I support this petition. As a classmate and who was there, and knew what the little town of York went through. Before they found her body my mom and stepfather went to her house and spent a day with the family. It was a very sad day for me just going to her bedroom and looking around wondering where could she be. I dont\' think that I ever shared this with any of my classmates before. As we left the house of her mom I thought maybe she would be found alive. One week later her body was found. That was a very sad time for those of us who went to School with her and is from the little small town of York Alabama.
