Get NYC Mayor to use Eminent Domain on Thor!

Thor equities has been having a dispute with the city over buying his land. This petition will require the City of New York to use eminent domain on Thor.
Since 2005 Thor Equities has been illegally evicting successful tenants because they have either spoken out against them and/or they are successful.He claims Amusements Don't make money,and can't prove this with successful amusements. He has illegally changed locks. In New York City, the law says you can't not give a lease to someone because of prejudices. He is holding the prejudice of these tenants being successful and/or talking against him with their beliefs, which he doesn't want. Hello, unless you are on a confidentiality clause, you can NOT be evicted for saying your beliefs!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is time for this scandal to be over with!

It also says you must go to court and get judge approval before changing locks on tenants!!!!
