BL is FABULOUS....MANY of my friends watch FAITHFULLY....you MUST bring it back for another season....there is SO little that is worthwhile on TV and it seems all the decent shows are cancelled TOO early....Thank you for listening. A loyal fan !!!
This show is the best! Every episode is better than the one before! How can ANYONE watch it and not get a big kick out of it! I doubt it will be cancelled. It better not be! I love it!
Everytime a great new show comes on it gets cancelled. I love the hell out of Boston Legal. It has a great cast,Great stories. If ABC cancels this show it will be a crime!! Please dont cancel this show!!!

Boston Legal is THE BEST show of it's kind on TV! It HAS to come back for a second season, and many, many more after that!!!!! Grey's Anatomy doesn't even come close to Boston Legal. Why would anyone even consider putting that outdated (like one of those doctor shows from the 1960's) Grey's Anatomy on TV, much less in Boston Legal's time slot. RETURN BOSTON LEGAL ASAP!!! Question: is Boston Legal aired in another time slot or done until next season?
If you need to change it another night, that is fine, but please do not cancel. I know this show must have enough ratings, especially with James Spader!!
BEST SHOW ON TV. Smart, sophisticated and FUNNY. Gray's Anatomy is just another copy-cat show and not worth my time. PUT BOSTON LEGAL BACK IN IT'S ORIGINAL TIME SLOT. Why are you TV people so incredibly dumb? Boston Legal has attained cult status and deserves its fame.
Fun show, excellent acting, writers keep me watching thru to the end. Keep "Boston Legal" in the current time slot. High quality TV, please make this show the depenable night time show we trust to be there.
I'm in my 20's. That doesn't mean all I watch is reality tv; which is usually garbage. There has to be room for quality television such as Boston Legal.
I REALLY liked BL. The show was a refreshing difference in nighttime TV drama. It was entertaining and the writers were/are excellent. The show was a connection every Sunday nite for my husband and myself. There no TV time together with another "Young and Restless Residents and Interns!" ER has really finished off any new shows re: medical teams.
I love this show! I am already sick of this hospital show and in future will gladly take "BL" reruns instead. Bring Denny and the crew back, PLEASE. Also, Bergen has been a great addition. Keep her around, too!
Boston Legal is the best show on TV these days. The scripts are funny yet moving. James Spader is amazing. Please keep it in the line up. I look forward to my Sunday night indulgement.
I can not believe that we have to ask that this show be renewed. You guys are awesome!!! Bring it back. Ths show should be on at least as long as Cheers. Shame on ABC for not making sure that this show is in the lineup for next season.
Excellent show. I love James Spader, his lines are hilarious. Sunday night is terrible without this show. It and Desparate Housewives were the last great thing to do at the end of the weekend. I miss it enormously. Plesessssssssss put it back on every Sunday night.
My wife and I really enjoy watching this show. My compliments to the writers. This show deserves a better time slot, it's a great show, shouldn't be cancelled. If given a chance in a better time slot more people would see how entertaining the show & cast are.
I have been a fan of The Practice, and the inclusion of James Spader and his brilliant character simply made me gasp in excitement. I thorougly enjoyed the first season of Boston Legal, as it seems to be the ONLY smart, witty, funny and honestly intelligent shows on Television. (as compared to all that reality TV crap). Bring this show back. People NEED an intelligent and well crafted Drama Series.

This is exactly why I stopped watching ABC years ago. I thought perhaps things had changed, but if they cancel yet another quality show, I will again be an ex-viewer.
In a recent episode Alan Shore mentioned major broadcast stations censoring the content of their scripted drama's. I sincerely hope this isnt the case with Boston Legal and why we havent seen it for their little "break". Grays Anatomy is a decent show but its no Boston Legal! Please bring it back!
Boston Legal is a fantastic show ! ! My husband and I were voicing, equally, loud complaints, wondering what happened to Boston Legal. I watch very little television, as reality shows seem too abundant. I find them moronic and disgusting. Today's sitcom episodes are easily predictable. Boston Legal was a breath of fresh air for the intellect. I asked myself, "Who is James Spader?", not being, previously, familiar with him, as I am, also, not a frequent movie viewer. His performance of the Alan Shore character is done with quality found only in the best of movies. Now, after watching Boston Legal, I notice him in movies. William Shatner is so believable as Denny Crane. I live for moments when he recites, only, "Denny Crane"! Candice Bergen fits right in with her ability to portray a savvy character of sharp wit, equal to that of James Spader's Alan Shore. She was a favorite in Murphy Brown, one of the decent sitcoms from a historical, better period of television programming. Grey's Anatomy is just like all of the other unbelievable medical shows. It is an insult to the well- functioning mind. We stumbled upon Boston Legal only after stumbling onto Desperate Housewives, the only other show my husband and I, faithfully, watch. This was also a terrific, great, surprise. Please, please, bring back Boston Legal for the very discriminating of TV viewers, Restore what little decent televison programming we were able to find.
This is the only show on tv that I still care about. James Spader's Alan Shore is the most magnetic television personality in recent history. He and Shatner are amazing to watch together. It's the most original, best-written show on tv.
Renew Boston Legal, and let it retain its timeslot!
Please, PLEASE renew this brilliantly written, incredibly acted, intelligent and entertaining series. I very nearly bought a TV and hooked up cable after 5 years without TV just to watch this one show. Thanks to friends, I didn't have to--I watch faithfully at their house.
The only positively critical show on primetime that asks people to pay attention. David Kelley's writing (poetry) is unparalled and the casting spot on. Alan Shore's character is the most important TV personality and social commentarist since Carroll O'Connor and he's entertaining! I saw Gray's Anatomy last evening and it's as contrived and cheeky as any popular music offering only vegetative and 'grey' lyrics that pass the time and predictabl ignores any issue! A Medical Soap Opera intended to seduce and medicate the viewer rather than induce and educate. What the heck has happened to Americans? Maybe pewople were put off when Alan Shore stated, "Isn't it s crime not to believe in God in America now? Pay attention people. David Kelley's work is a gift and for me personally, would be rgeatly missed!
AS the others that have signed this petition, I started watching Desperate Housewives only because my favorite show follows. Theres no other show on tv or cable that I would rather watch. William Shatner and Spader are keeping me up late at night, and I start work at 4:00 am or before but I'll never miss watching. Please keep this quality prodction on and renew it for season 2 and please promote it, so I can tune in. Please dont give there time slot away to Grays Anatomy, I wont and dont watch it. Bring back SHATNER AND SPADER, THEIR SO GOOD TOGETHER, LIKE FATHER AND SON. I have really missed BOSTON LEGAL these past few weeks. Please dont cancell it.
Come ON this show is easily pulling in as many viewers as the top 20 shows on television. It's a terrific show with a terrific cast and already tons of awards. To cancel it would be cutting off your foot. Keep Boston Legal
PLEASE renew "Boston Legal" for a second season - it's dark AND funny at the same time! I LOVE seeing Candice Bergen on network T.V. again and James Spader and William Shatner are brilliant! It's a great follow-up to "Desparate Housewives"! PLEASE don't mess around with the schedule of EITHER show and I HATE it when you run too many reruns too early or the show goes on "hiatus". Please don't mess with the "flow" any more!
I got on the Desperate Housewives bandwagon because it precedes BL, not the other way around. Why BL goes in hiatus so that you can put on another doctor drama? I haven't watch Grays Anatomy, simply not interested..and I quit the DH too. Put BL back!!
