Boston Legal is a great show. It's only 1 of 2 shows that I actually watch. Please do not take it off the air. I all of the chemestry between James Spader/William Shatner and James Spader/Rhona Mitra. Keep it going, please!!!
Sunday nights are not the same without Boston Legal. I now watch Crossing Jordan, I am waiting for the return of Boston Legal to make my Sunday night complete. A GRREEAAT SHOW - BOSTON LEGAL!!!!
Please say Boston Legal will be back! Congrats to Desperate Housewives and "stuff", but I am SO sick of hearing about it!!Why screw with BL?? It was one of only THREE primetime shows I watched!!
I have never really liked Shatner..but I LOVE James Spader in it, and have even learned to love "Denny Crane"!!
William Shatner and James Spader are excellent, and boston legal is one of the few shows worth watching. They touch on subject matter that other shows won't even approach.
So annoying to see an inspired show as entertaining, enjoyable,smart, and funny to be replaced by another forgettable "oh being a doctor is so hard -feel sorry for me" ER drama. Certainly networks have an established history of cancelling good popular shows in favor of something easier and thus cheaper.

James Spader!!!! Please don't take it away! It seems like every time I like a show and get used to seeing it every week, the network cancels it. Even when it's popular...The characters on this show are great and the story lines are sometimes silly enough and unpredictable to keep me watching! Don't let them cancel Boston Legal...please.
USA Today has listed on their website that Boston Legal HAS been renewed and is coming back for another season!Internet petitions do VERY little to help a show saty viable, due to the fact that they cannot be verified. Another words, you can sign a petition with several names, all made up, with free created hotmail accounts. Although internet petitions are great for a writers/creator's/star's ego, that is about all. The overall decision is financial, risk assessment, and demographics. Unfortunately, what the average veiwer wants comes in last. As a local and national television investor, this is some of what we base yes and no decisions on. The public is always the target of who needs to be happy, but investors also matter a great deal, they pay the bills.
A brilliant show with an extraordinary cast. 100 times better than "Desperate Housewives." One of the best tv network shows to come along in years. I can't believe it wasn't a gigantic hit.
I am shocked, dismayed, disgusted but not surprised at ABC's out-of-touch Programming Decision. Grey's Anatomy is just like every other show on television with the exception of Patrick Dempsey. Boston Legal was BRILLIANT! Spader and Shatner are delicious! And what happened to Sally Heep? That's when the rating tanked you idiots! Bring back Sally and Alan! DUH!

I can't believe that Grey's Anatomy has taken over the time slot for Boston Legal. Sorry but in my opinion....there is NO comparison. Boston Legal is by far the best TV show to come around in a very long time!
This was the only show I think that portrayed lawyers in a real life.The show has wit, intelligence, and oh yes, a little sympathy too. How could you not like the show? Please, even my 14 year old son gets the show, and actually wants to watch it instead of some music video.
I thought the show was great! This was the first show I ever really liked William Shatner playing in. He is great in this one, as is James Spader. I really don't know who is in charge of determing which shows get canceled, but I think this one is really a good show that adults can watch and really enjoy. Thank you.

I made sure EVERYTHING was completed for a new work week in time to watch Boston Legal.Why not air the remainig episodes for this season? I refuse to give the show the time of day. Shatner and Spader, have you thought about moving to a different network that will treat you with respect you deserve?
I'm a viewer in South African where the first season hasn't even been shown but if there is any chance to keep James Spader as Alan Shore then i will sign ANY petition. Please don't take this Awesome Character away.
It seems the show was just gathering steam. I found it a little late and had to watch all episodes. Is ABC nuts? Instead we get to see E.R.- but funnier! Boston Legal is so Original- put it on HBO.
We were wondering what happened to Boston Legal so I checked on-line, at my husband's advise...who also likes the show. We have been wondering what happened to it. It's the only drama show I got my husband to watch and that says alot! I'm sorry to see it's not on for the rest of the season but very glad to know it will be back in the fall....hopefully.
I think that the little old man from boston legal should take his skillet and knock some sense into the ABC Execs. They are obviously confused about how large a fan base boston legal has. It has earned it's time slot, move greys anatomy and let them make it on their own. I for one will not watch one episode of it. Denny Crain for President!!!
This is my favorite show to watch on Sundays. I look forward to every night and I was heart broken when it wasn't on. It is intelligent, hysterical, and informative all at the same time. You need to put this show back on Sunday nights after Desperate Housewives.
This is a great show and we miss it. We are tired of over-done medical shows, and appreciated the wit, irony, and crafting of Boston Legal. Sure, it is another lawyer show, but one with a sense of humor.
Ofcourse you are confused thinking that Greys Anatomy is number one -- YOU PUT IT IN THE SPOT THAT BOSTON LEGAL WAS IN -- Boston Legal was #1 Duh! I refuse to watch Greys Anatomy just because you pulled this switch crap. Give it its own time slot and day and see how many people watch it! Bring back Boston Legal - finally a show that is truly funny.

Does ABC have a problem with David Kelley to keep messing with his shows. First "The Practice", now "Boston Legal". Put it back and make sure it is on Sunday's. This is the only night of relaxation to watch t.v. Don't put it on a week night..way too hectic! Oh Yeah, who's watching Greys Anatomy? A little boring with no humor, fun or drama. Put on ER reruns for more flair! Better yet..just be smart and put Boston Legal back on Sunday nights..why wait!
Boston Legal is about as good as tv gets. Sharp, intelligent, humorous. Great cast. Unafraid to comment on some of the ridiculous crap that goes on in this country. Is that why you took it off? Maybe it pissed someone off and they applied some pressure? If that's the case, for godsake, grow a set. Put my show back on!!!
I got hooked on this show after watching the first two episodes!! It took longer for me to get hooked on other showa you may have heard of such as Friends, Seinfeld, Cheers, L.A. Law. You get the point. (I hope) Anyways, I have since turned my friends and family onto the show. They all love it too. Give it a chance to catch on. It is a great show.
I understand that it's just an odd coincidence, but it really disturbed me when Boston Legal suddenly disappeared immediately after a brilliant critique of Texas "justice."--much of which was at least partially the handiwork of a certain powerful ex-Governor. I am pleased to learn that the show will return for 27 episodes. I am not pleased at having to wait until the Fall. And just my opinion: Grey's Anatomy is okay, but pretty damn unoriginal. It's ER with interns, only not as good.
Is your writing staff in that bad of shape?? You put this pitiful excuse of a medical show on in place of something truely creative!! Why do people of such high power have such bad taste??? Is it some sort of badly done poll that made you put on a "Young Hip Doctors" show that doesn't even come close to being as creative as "Boston Legal" Really "Brillant" team of programing why put something on good and then replace it with crap because of, what, a formula thats "Supposed to work" Jeez....you people in programing are sad and are insulting us by doing this!! Right after "Desprate Housewives" the TV goes off. I guess "Housewives" will be next huh!

Best show to be put on the air in the last two years, so of course they have to axe it!! I watched the first episode of another "Doctor show" then refuse to watch it again, simply because it replaced Boston Legal. Please, bring it back!!!!
It's one of the few television shows on tv worth watching. Congrats to you broadcasters and others in the business, anymore of this and your audience will find other things to do. I know I have. I just tuned in for this show on Sundays; now I have no reason to tune in at all. Actually, I enjoy it that way. But I do miss Boston Legal.
