please...it deserves a better edition. even a better poster. i already have the other edition and find it short on contents. that is the kind of thing that promotes piracy. i want my criterion edition of bottle rocket and i want wes to write again with owen wilson. but that's something else. thanx. julian
maybe there isn't a criterion because they don't have the tools to make one. even if they did have the tools, maybe they can't guarantee they'd know how to make a criterion like this.
Wes Anderson's films are truely works of art. he finds the dark humor in ordinary relationships between people and captures them. Lets not forget his stunning camera work he uses with every film. I'm sure his new film we be an instan classic just as the others before
Wes Anderson's lovable first film does deserve the DVD treatment his films have always been rewarded. It is an excellent film that shows the beginning of several people's illustrious careers.
Bottle Rocket is a master piece, just as Wes Anderson's other films were and I want to see a Criterion Collection!! I want commentary from Wes, Owen and cast!! That would be so cool! Thanks for doing this petition.
The film is wonderful in and of itself but would be greatly complimented with extra features and probably sell extremely well if released during the theatrical release of Wes Anderson's next film.
it is a crime that this has not been done long ago. i have not bought that shitty 1 disc release with no feautures and will not ever. It's one of his best, make it look like it goddamnit, bring it on!
