Fashion--some say it's not important, some like/love it but don't really think or talk about it much and some just plain love it. There are even some people that use fashion as an expression, to show uniqueness and even make a statement. But if you think you know a company that makes clothes for just that, Hot Topic isn't one of them. They claim of getting rid of what we love just for something new that has a high chance of not being as popular as the clothing or accessory before. And I, myself, do not know the point of getting rid of popular items only after a month or so just to bring something new that might not even be that popular to begin with. You might think they are just want to give us what we want. Out with the old, in with the new, right? No. Change is fine and change does help but if there is so much change in one thing, not only will people that can afford the high priced merchandise miss out but also will the people low on cash such as I and many, many others I know that adore the clothing of such stores. Knowing, the ones without much cash to spare so to speak but willing to save up for that "new" pair of jeans or the "new" sweater of their favorite band with the coolest design on it, when they have finally saved enough to get what they desire. Not only would that person be able to have one decent $30 shirt they had their eye on when they barely had any money to begin with just so they can have something nice and decent to wear, but now it is gone just only after what may have seemed like only a couple of weeks, but also that store and manufacturer lost out on a profit. Not to mention any other clothing, accessories, or cds that person might have bought as well. it's time to be heard and boycott to tell the acclaimed "honest" chain of store to supply us with what we known and loved the store about and to chill out with worrying about how quickly we want new things, because change is good but allowing us to have the time and the chance to both get us what we want AND let them make their profits with guarantee everyone is happy. So you can support this idea to allow us to have the chance to order the so called "old fashions" either online and/or by catalog by either signing the petition and/or boycotting Hot Topic.
