I support this petition. Too bad i wasnt into motorcycles when it came out so i could have had a new one. This machine has everything i could ever want in a motorcycle. Style and a kickstart! Want an old brit bike, but i want a modern designed bike with old features. I would buy one, and then two.
I've been searching for the perfect bike for ages now, and have discovered it in the w650.. but it is next to impossible to find one for sale. PLEASE bring it back to the USA.
I support this petition.I just took delivery of a spectacular 2001 W650. I was not ready to get back into motorcycling but this deal came up and I could not pass it up. I must tell you after riding this machine for the last two weeks, If Kawasaki were to bring this machine back into the country it might encourage a lot of us senior riders to get back into the sport. I almost forgot what it was like to get out early on a sunday morning and breeze through the back road country side on such a fun filled motorcycle. It is like reliving my youth.
I am from Europe, but I support your efforts - we have the same problem. I wrecked my W650 and cant get another. Now I am driving a Suzuki GS500E. KMC... how can you do that to me!
Expect many more 40 people in the USA to become interested in the W650. A lot of us do not care to ride a Harley or Harley clone, don\'t want a race bike, have no need or want to tour. All we want is a nice simple motorcycle.
Please bring back the W650. It was unlike any other bike being sold and I feel left a great void. Its too hard to find a used one and I would buy one new!
Bike's too cool for words, that and the Drifters. Kaw was awesome in developing something so unique, not cloning HD. You don't have to sell a gazillion to have something great.
I wanted one so bad when they were imported here, but just couldn't commit to a payment then. I love the Triumph Bonneville but am still a little worried about dealer support, etc.
This bike really needs marketing from Kawasaki. I bought one after joining W650Riders and hearing all the positive comments. I'm a boomer, our generation will invade the roads with Ws. Just bring them back.
I currently live in Japan and own a new W650. I would prefer the option of being able to buy a new one in my home country rather than importing my present bike.
Located in canada. I have a 2001 w650. would only think of changing it if Kawasaki came out with a W750. I find there is a lot of interest in this motor cycle when I out on the road.
I've had dozens of people fall in love with my bike at gas pumps, cafes, BBQ joints. It deserves to be put back on the USA market. It was not marketed well in the first place.
I have been lookingto buy a W650 in New Zealand, however with manufacturing ceasing it is difficult. I would purchase one if it was still on the market.
