my husband turned me onto firefly just before it was cancelled. what a tease. i awaited for the movie and the dvd release but its not enough. i want and need more. please bring it back to life.

Ask yourself why after only 14 episodes, this show means so much to so many people. Why so much fan made films, cafe press stuff, fan made scripts, and discussion Even an RPG!
We LOVE this show. Not like, not think its really cool, we love this show, its vision, its intimate view, its wit, its characters.
I work in public safety around some very not-geek types, and they all are hooked on this too!
Trust me, this show is the next Star Trek.
Please bring back Serenity.
Granted, such a network would have to obtain the rights from FOX, who is notoriously tight-fisted with such things, but I would be willing to reactivate my cable for the sake of seeing new episodes of Firefly.
I rarely watch television anymore because of the abundance of crap I encounter. However, Firefly the series was a gift. The movie is a great ride and that prompted me to purchase the DVD set.
A few months back I watched the movie serenity on HBO, then saw a few episodes on the scifi chanel. As soon as I found the dvd series I bought it. I intend to buy the movie, and would love to see more stories about this future.
Firefly was a great show on FOX and can make a great show on any network, the fact that it was cut off prematurely is a shame and most likely a very regrettable decision by FOX.
Being a sci-fi fan for many years, Firefly was the best sci-fi series I have ever seen. Firefly should never have been cancelled and should definitely
be brought back to tv where it would certainly create an even bigger fan base than it already had.
This was a brilliant series - quite a shame that it was buried by Fox. It was really just hitting it's stride when it was cancelled, as some of the best episodes were those that never aired. A little patience and support would have made this show a hit.
Firefly is not just a great show, but an excellant show that has huge potential if given the chance. Think about it- what cancelled tv show has ever been made into a movie? None other than Firefly with its just as brilliant movie, Serenity. The fanbase is growing and is still growing. Please Sci-Fi, HBO, CW, Showtime, or any network... Please pick up this show. I guarantee this will be the next big hit (with many high viewer ratings). It will win award after award. =) Please hear the fans out and bring this show back.
Firefly has built a huge following after its cancellation. Thanks to the DVD release of the series and word-of-mouth, Firefly fans are multiplying by leaps and bounds. As long as Serenity keeps flying, and we'll keep watching!
PLEASE bring this show back, by far one of the best shows I've ever seen. It needs a true chance, unliek the half haerated try the station gave it.. he cast cares, the director care, adn the fnaas care... lets put this thing ont he air... You won't regret it!
Please pick up Firefly. It is the best scifi show ever. We own the first season and movie on DVD. We enjoy it very much. We would watch it every time it was on and if it was on a pay network like HBO or Showtime we would subscribe just to get Firefly. We have the graphic novel, the RPG and the visual companions. It is our favorite show.
Please bring Firefly back. The world created in a compelling vision of the future of the human race. The characters are beautifully written and portrayed. The show is perfect and it's further potential is obvious from the film. There are more stories to tell, please can we hear them?
I feel disappointed that I never saw this show while it was on the air. I saw an episode at a friend's house, and I very quickly got the movie and the show on DVD. It is brilliant.
I saw the movie and loved it. It was not until several months later that a discovered it was based on a tv series. I purchased the set and now i am really hooked. Please bring back Firefly.
this show has gained so much support after its cancellation if a network was to bring it back heaps more ppl will be watching then b4 fox didnt give it a chance which they should of seeing as joss's other shows angel and buffy did well if they let firefly continue it would have gotten better (idk how it could be better it already is awesome)

I was on of the original browncoats watching every Tuesday on FOX back in 2002, and it broke my heart and my faith in networks when corperate decided to cancel it. Pray to your bright and fuzzy lord that this show will be brought to a network that can nurture it and give it a long life! DO THE IMPOSSIBLE! MAKE YOURSELF MIGHTY!
I'm from germany and found the show in 2006 "by accident". It was never aired here and there was no marketing at all. I watched the movie first and was fascinated. I expected "jsut another SF movie" and found the most brilliant, intense and addicting show ever. After devouring the DVD series I couldn't BELIEVE that any network could be so stupid and blind to cancel that work of art. I bought 5 sets of the series and gave them to friends as a gift. Everyone of them was in love with the series after just one episode. I plead that some network might take pity on us fans and adopt the show. Please, please - let us fly again!
