it's sorta insane, but i've spent well over $150 on firefly/serenity-related merchandise because i just love this franchise so much. how much do i spend on other franchises? just for their dvd boxsets, and that's it. bring back firefly, and i'd spend more money on that. shiny.
Firefly is probably the best tv series that has ever been created. Please consider bringing it back so that all the fans can continue to enjoy it. Its a one of a kind show with one of a kind fans.
It seems everyone I introduce this show to gets hooked! I know many college students who adore it, but just share one copy around the floor-- so there's another fan base factor for you.
I only wish we all discovered Firefly before it was cancelled. Firefly is very much loved and when I introduce people to Firefly, they tell me they want more of it.
Firefly was a great show, with excellent writing, acting, and a perfect mix of action, sci fi, and comedy. If the same cast and writers are willing, I see no reason why a network would not want to pick up this show.
Firefly is the greatest TV show I have ever seen, bar none. It so much potential that I think another movie, although it would be fantastic, wouldn't have the capacity to expand the characters like a second season would.
Most clever well written executed scifi show in a long time . PLEASE continue it. It has what BSG has but a little less "take it seriously" Way more fun.
i just looked at my wife, as we were watching the dvd. i said "if a new series comes out on a pay channel, were getting it". she agreed. at this point, we dont even have basic cable.
There isn't a person that I showed Firefly to that hasn't fallen in love with it and purchased the set themselves. This should be a no brainer. Bring it back if you want ratings!
