Bring back Punk 29 on sirius this was my fave music channel on sirius never had a chance to listen to fungus on XM since it was eliminated along with punk. You have alienated alot of listeners by removing this content. AC/DC 24/7 is a joke. I have been seriously thinking of cancelling my subscription.

AC/DC? You have to be kidding me. Thanks XM (and Sirius) for replacing an amazing station (one of the 4 I listen to) with a single (lame) band. Two seperate entities acting as one bothers me; I'm going to look into that aspect.
Fungus isn't just punk -- its ska, rockabilly, psychobilly, surf, hardcore... regardless of what management says, you CAN'T here most of this stuff on the other channels. Shame on you XM!!!
An entire genre of music is being excluded in favor of one band. XM, please reconsider your decision before I must begin reconsidering my status as an XM customer.

I support this petition. It doesn't make sense to drop a whole genre of music in order to broadcast one band of a totally different genre. It would make more sense to put 24/7 AC/DC on a metal channel. If Journey or Boston or Kansas (or another crap band) decide to start touring again is Sirius going to broadcast them 24/7 on Shade 45 or Backspin? The Punk channel is the main reason I renewed my subscription for 2 years. The following week punk 29 was gone.
I support this petition. XM Fungus was a station that I could tune in and reliably here something edgy. The ability to here music that hasn't been pasteurized is a major reason behind my subscription to XM.
I support this petition. AC/DC is played on radios everywhere. I could only hear Punk music on Sirius channel 29. I am very disappointed with this change.
I support this petition!!! Fungus 53 was the only reason why I subscribed to XM, and the hope of getting it back on is the only reason why I still have the subscription. Bring it back soon Please.
Unless this list gets to 20,000 people it doesn not make sense for us to keep the station. The fact is that the decision to pre-empt or discontinue a channel is never easy. We struggle with these challenges on a daily basis because of the limited space on the network. If space wasn't an issue, we'd offer hundreds of more channels covering every musical genre imaginable. The challenge with Fungus is that is was consistently one of the lowest performing music channels on the network. That doesn't mean the channel didn't have fans or that it wasn't great (I actually listened to Fungus quite a bit and my son did as well), but as our subscriber base grows to nearly 40 million listeners, channels that reach limited audiences become harder to justify.
I support this petition. There are 2 channels I prefer on XM/Sirius, Fungus & the Virus. The main reason I chose XM over Sirius was based on single content stations. If I'm paying for say 20 channels of rock music I did not want to devote even 10% to constant single musicians (Bruce, AC/DC, etc..) Screw over 44 if you must just give me back my Fungus.
I support this petition. There are a ton of odd channels that they could have used instead, why pick a station that people have heard of? Seriously, I went through the channels in desperation, and heard 50 channels of dogshit. AC/DC is played all the time on the Boneyard, and Big Tracks.
I have XM and sirius and my channels were stuck on punk and fungus until this sh*t happened. If I didn't already pay a year in advance, I'd cancel this shit and stick to my ipod in my vehicles. I can understand promote ac/dc but create its own station or take over one of the 500 stations that already play ac/dc every other song!

I support this petition. Record label infomercials are not what I am paying for! Why not combine the Led Zep and AC/DC Stations and bring back Fungus. I am coming up for renewal and there aren't any other stations that justify me paying for XM, especially with the economy the way it is.
I just recieved xm radio for my 21st birthday from my dad. I was very happy til he informed me that fungus was gone. It was our favorite station and the only reason I ever even listened to XM in the first place! There is no more punk on the radio! What's up with that? What is it about punk you guys don't like? We have enough 80's stations, enough gospel, comedy, talk, and everything else but one punk station was too much? God AC/DC of all things? How much can you sell out? Do you really think anyone is going to be happy with AC/DC 24/7. Even Fungus wasn't punk 24/7, it was ska, and surfer, and lots of stuff and I love it and miss it and you will lose customers (myself included) if you do not return it. Add a station if you must have AC/DC or maybe take one of the other rock stations. But please give me my punk back! I miss it!
