The only reason I subscribed to xm and bought my inno, was Fungus 53. There aren't ANY stations where I live that play punk or ska. Please bring back Fungus 53!!!

I miss Fungus. I loved listening to it when i shopped JCrew online. now i listen to one of the many, many Hip Hop stations while i look at Japanese Fashion Mags.

I have been listening to Fungus since it was put on the air and found it to provide a great mix of music not found on any other media outlet.
I am a sirius subscriber and was hoping to add fungus to my stations i listen to after the merger. Now both sirius punk and fungus are gone. They were my favorite things about satellite radio. There has been a dedicated punk following since the early 70s, so there is definitely an audience. Please bring these channels back.

I support this petition. I've been an xm subscriber for four years, and I can honestly say Fungus 53 was half the reason I had a subsription. I DEMAND IT BACK!!!!!
I support this petition and am a Sirius subscriber, (and have been for three years now). If anything, I thought Sirius' coverage of punk and hardcore was lacking, skewing more towards classic punk and almost completely ignoring what was happening in contemporary hardcore.
I support this petition. Are you kidding me? Sirius really had to use the only true punk channel they had to replace it with an ACDC channel? They couldn't replace one of the HUNDREDS of rap channels they have?

I am a current subscriber and was very displeased with the change to AC/DC 24/7 from punk. Punk is my #1 station on the menu... now it is gone along with a piece of my customer satisfaction. Bring it back.
So how much money DID you guys get from AC/DC!? In all seriousness, deleting stations from your offering kinda goes against what satellite set out to do, doesn't it? Offering music you can't find on broadcast radio? Besides that, from my understanding, satellite has limitless capabilities when it comes to the amount of stations that can be delivered... So what's really going on guys??? Bring the Fungus and Sirius punk channels back.
The entire point of Satellite Radio is to showcase all of the great music that has been ignored by mainstream radio for decades. Punk rock is a massive, sprawling genre that certainly deserves its own station. It's the kind of thing Sirius/XM subscribers sign up for. If we wanted catch-all "rock/punk/hip-hop" stations, which rarely satisfy fans of any of the genres they claim to represent, we would stick to terrestrial radio. If the punk channel doesn't make a comeback, I'll be cancelling and going strictly to ipod -- all versions of radio are failing me at this point.
