Please carefully reconsider your decision to remove punk programming. I chose to subscribe to satellite radio because of its ability to offer a wide and diverse array of programming - including punk. The appeal of satellite radio is the chance to hear songs that I can't on terrestial radio. The lack of commercials is not the primary draw of subscription radio. It is the diversity. The decision to remove such a large segment of the music world takes away from the appeal of Sirius XM and makes me question whether to continue to pay for music that is mostly broadcast for free.
I do not want to leave satellite radio, in fact I was seriously considering paying for a lifetime subscription, but the decision to unilaterally remove a complete (and influential) genre of music gives me second thoughts.
Please listen to your customers and we will continue to listen to you...

I heard of Fungus 53 from, of all places, a song in your limited audience - NOFX's Fungus/I'm A Huge Fan. Listened to it while driving my sister's XM equipped SUV for a while. AC/DC was *ok* for a while, but then to yank Fungus totally, are you nuts?
I *would* have considered getting a sub for XM/Sirius for Fungus 53 ALONE, but now that they yanked it, f*^% that.
Like I've seen elsewhere, Sirius/XM are slowly removing anything unique that set them apart from terrestrial radio!!

The only reason I purchased XM was for the punk channel. I just signed up for service to find that the channel is no longer available. I am now considering canceling my subscription.
I support this petition. I am a subscriber. I may no longer be one if we don't get an ALL PUNK channel back. Also, charging to listen online is complete garbage. Both of these combined have driven me to consider cancelling my subscriprion.
