Grant had the charisma, the sneakiness, and the divide between himself and the contestants. Tom, although a nice bloke, is too casual, pretty, 'cool' and common.
Does anyone notice how Tom delivers his lines like there's something up his backside??!! The live eviction show is well how can i put this bluntly - POO. Tom = no personality = me not watching. Grant = Professionalism = me watching. Do the math channel 7!!!
Whats the problem channel 7. Just get Grant back and do what ever it takes to get him back !!! and make us a very happy audience, not a dissapointed one :(
Tom Williams needs to waltz himself out of this role and back to the great out doors. Live eviction show is bizarre and ruins the suspense of the mole. Seriously i rate the mole as one of the best reality shows but now its just boring. Please bring back Grant he gave the show credibility.

I really love this show but plank of wood Tom makes me want to go into a coma for an hour. I think the live eviction show is crap and this great show isn't what it used to be. BRING BACK GRANT!!!!!!
No Offence to Tom Williams, he is fantastic on The Great Outdoors, but he just isn't right for The Mole. Grant Bowler made The Mole in previous series, and this one just isn't working with Tom as host. Bring back Grant!!
Bring back Grant. He gave the show a certain serious & sneaky tone to such a great show. He knew how not to be to chumy with the contestants. The live part is stupid(must be costing seven a fortune to do?) What happen to the sad ending with Grant walking the contestant to the waiting car; priceless. Why change a succesful formula, and turn it into a "you are the weakest link" style game show. Most likely wont be interested in watching the rest of this season. Once again bring back Grant please!
The worst part of the opening show was the live eviction. It took away completely from the show and having Tom Williams front it just made it worse. Grant was more believable and whilst we were major fans and were really looking forward to the show's return, we won't be watching anymore. The live eviction was the biggest let down and allowing the contestants to view what their fellow contestants are saying about them defeats the mystery and sabotage part of the show.
The Mole is best done when a mysterious newsman does it, sort of like the American version's Anderson Cooper. Tom is too much sex for a similar role that has been graced by someone like Anderson Cooper...if you can't do that properly, Seven then hand the series off to Nine and they can at least have someone from Nightline or National Nine News host it...it's better than who you have now!
The mole is a great show. Don't attribute good ratings to Tom's hosting (he just doesn't suit the role). The ratings are due to Grant's original work and he needs to return to host the show. Simply he is the role suits him best, He is The Mole!
I applied for The Mole, but missed out. Such is life... but after seeing Grant is not hosting it this year, i am glad i missed out. The Mole just isnt the same without Grant Bowler as the host.
Bring back Grant ASAP!
We all hope to see Grant back on our screens soon, if not soon hopefully for the Mole 6, Thats if we even make it that far the way Tom is hosting. Its totally not the same with out Grant, He was the main ingredient of the show, instead you guys replace him with the complete opposite. tpm may be sexy, but this show is not about sex appeal, He's not serious enough and does not suit the role at all !!!! sorry, but I am only being honest, Grant may be commited to something else at the moment, but get him geared up to come back as the host,as he is the show, and Tom has to go !!!!!
Bring back Grant, he gave the show more intrigue... the show was either good or it wasn't in which case why did they bring it bak. Grant was half of the shows intrigue.

I hope you bring another series of the mole to us channel 7, but for god sake, not with Tom hosting it, Please contact Grant and get his butt back on to the Screen, Its Grant we want to see, not Tom, just not good eneough channel 7 !!!! Tom Williams is an absolute disgrace! You have completely ruined a fantastic show and brilliant concept with a terrible host and cringe inducing 'live elimination' in which the host jovially communes with the contestants, destroying any sense of suspense whatsoever! 'Green means you're out'. Indeed.
Bring back Grant! At least he is a competent, experienced host more concerned with creating television than furthering a modelling career post-show.
I realise Grant has left to pursue career prospects but please convince him to come back. Tom may be a nice guy but is not right for hosting. And please change the format back to what it was. This new series is already very weak. Bring back Grant and have the eliminations done the old way.
Tom is lame. He looks dopey and sounds it too. It wasn't just the "live" bit, even during the tasks he sounded like he didn't even get what was going on. GRANT, GRANT, HE'S OUR MAN, IF HE CAN'T DO IT NO ONE CAN.
My family and I don't enjoy The Mole as much without Grant. He made it interesting and kept the suspence going. With Grant at the helm, The Mole was worth watching. Please bring him back.

Now I'm the first to admit, Tom Williams is HOT, but he just isn't right for the hosting role of this show. Tom is too releaxed and jsut not right for this hosting job. I am going to give him a chance though, it's only been one episode so I won't judge him too early. Grant Bowler was fntastic though and I don't think you really could find any replacement.
I like Tom and have to say i am dissapointed with this new series format. I also was hooked on all the previous moles. I don't know why channel 7 have tried to fix something that wasn't broke. I hope they haven't lost themselves a lot of Mole fans. I will keep trying to get into this series but Channel 7 listen to your viewers and gat it back to where you started!!!!!!!!!!!!!
