On the previous series of the Mole, Grant was one of the best parts of the show. Grant was also great as unlike Tom, Grant is an actor so he played the part really well. Without Grant the show isn't what it used to be and I'm considering not watching it. Come on channel seven, bring Grant back!!!!!!!
I loved the previous 3 seasons of The Mole it was my favourite reality t.v show & a lot of that can be contributed to Grant Bowler, he was an awesome host. with all due respect to Tom Wiliiams (whom i think is great)i think that Grant Bowler would be better suited to hosting the Mole as i think he brings the right attributes to the role & Tom Williams should continue doing an awsome job in his role as the great outdoors presenter

Tom is lacklustre, he doesn't bring any intrigue or suspense to the show. If we wanted to go to sleep, we'd watch. I've been a loyal and dedicated fan since the first series as has my family and we have to say that C7 has severely STUFFED up with re-casting the host role as well as having live eliminations. The old format was much better. Whoever was paid to make the decision to change was overpaid. As to why the ratings are up it's because of all the advertising that has been given. Like calling it an "Amazing Adventure" right after they finished airing "The Amazing Race". I'll say it again, BRING BACK GRANT!!!
In all honesty, I just don't watch the show anymore. I'm not drawn to it at all. It's on tonight but I honestly don't care. Channel 7, you've lost a true and dedicated fan. Please change the show back to its original glory. It was one of my favourite shows that I watched religiously ..but not anymore. You NEED to bring back Grant and the old format.

Well we may read in the papers that this show still has good ratings despite Tom being the host, but the thing is that we all love the Mole and of couse it would get ratings because of its following, but we are all very dissapointed that the host is such a aussie Yobbo and we want Grant back as soon as you can snatch him back. As someone who's watched all the US, UK, as well as the Australian Moles, Tom doesn't work. Live eliminations were a bad idea, but with a host who could add some tension and gravitas it could work - not some loud-mouthed oaf. I've no idea who this Tom Williams is, but his shitty performance in this can only harm his image.
It's about time reality tv viewers united to voice their disgust with channel 7s abuse of The Mole. The format of the last series was the problem - NOT the host. The writer that decided that people that had been eliminated could return (even the Mole)should be replaced...and tortured.....repeatedly. Grant Bowler is one of Australia's finest actors, and it showed on the Mole. I agrre with Exactly what everyone else has said - Grant brought an edge to the show, which made it intriguing to watch. Tom looks like his out there to have fun, which takes away from the game and the concept of the show quite a bit. True mole fans I think are all in agreeance that Grant should return. I love Tom, but I hate him in this role. Grant was far better!
I agree, Bring back Grant Bowler. Tom Williams seems a really nice guy, but is totally wrong as a host for this show, far too lightweight a personality, certainly no actor and his voice sounds a bit childish. My husband & I feel the show has deteriorated - in fact he won't even watch it anymore. Let's face it, this show no longer has the sense of intrigue and suspense that it did originally and a large part of that was due to Grant Bowler's personality. As reality shows go, and I don't generally like them, this was arguably the best Australia produced - sadly this is no longer the case!

Where're the menacing looks? Where's the authority? (Where's Tom's giant cue-card...he sure needs em). Grant was GOD - the contestants shivered before him!
It seems as if the mole has gone from a genuine reality TV program to nothing more than a vessel for channel 7 to pump more Tom williams into. The show is not meant to centre around the host or his countless voiceovers. Get rid of him.
Please bring Grant back. The show's not worth watching without him. And also get rid of the live elimination. It wastes time that could be spent watching mole activity.
Try to get Grant involved in series 5 in some cool, mysterious twist of events. Advertise it, and then maybe The Mole: The amazing game may survive on prime time. the way its going so far, it will flop - despite the big turn out for episode 1 - people only watched that episode to see what the show had become

Tom just smiles at the camera and is too "blokey" for this format. There's nothing suspensful about him. I think he's a great guy but this show is just wrong for him. I miss Grant.
Well done to Tom for trying... but the Mole isn't the Mole without Grant. He created a suspenseful "edge" to the show that made you want to watch religiously.The elimination show is lame. There's no suspense. It's just a 'script" to Tom...wheras Grant put alot of himself into it.
