Tom doesn't take enough control over the eliminations - the first was hell when he tried to let the contestants decide who was next. Also, the crowds outside make it tacky. Seven looks very stingy, using the one studio for damn near every event.
Great challenges, but terrible host,not sure about the live eliminations, it was very childish last night with all the joking around and stuff. hope to see Grant back in 06.
If there is a series 6, in which i hope there is, do these things
1) Tom not to host it
2) Grant to definatley host it
3)Bring back the old format of the show and ditch the live eliminations, it's crappy.
Yeh, I would have to agree, the contestants were carrying on abit stupid, bring back Grant and the old Mole style of elimination, We want suspense, not the contestants joking around like kids on red cordial, it ruins the elimination, not that there's much suspense anyway. Go Grant, we wnat you back.
Bring back the old format of the show, the emotion of the elimination when someone would leave and the dark gloomy atmosphere and mystery when they are all waiting to see whos going, Grant did a fabulous job when it came to elimination. I dont like this new live elimination at all, It needs suspense. not the contestants acting so stupid and giggling and joking around and looking out and waving to the people outside, a rather bit silly !!! the ols format and the original host was far more better and entertaining, the new way is CRAP ! Bring back Grant is my final word !!!!!!!!!!!!
Tom is definately not the host for the mole. He doesn't have the capacity to create the suspense and seems to be overdramatising the challenges. Bring back Grant, he was spot on in his presentation in the last series.
Grant wasn't great, but he was damn good. I have no idea how they could have cast this guy for the show? It doesn't make sense. Also the 'live' idea is terrible. It's so much better when contestants can't watch themselves.
And what's all this joking around during elimination?
If you can't bring Grant back, terminate the concept. No man (or woman - don't you dare get a woman for the role!) will ever fill the place Grant left achingly open.
please, please. please, Bring Grant Back. i like tom, and i am sure alot of other people like him aswell on this site, but he is definatley not suited for the host for the mole, its strange without Grant, but to be honsest, Grant was the show, i cant get into this series. i was excited when i heard of its return, but its not the same without grant, We so badly need him back channel 7, please do something about it, We need Grant to save the mole. Take the publics word for it.
I miss you Grant, hope channel 7 bring you back, its just not the same anymore, the show has lost a very important part of it and that a ledgend of a host called grant. Please come back.

I am debating if i should or shoulnt watch the mole tonight. Its not the same without Grant and i prefere the old mole format. If i do miss it, i dont think i have missed much !!! Bring back Grant Bowler, the show rocked with him as the host. Tom is quite Plain !!!!
this show has gone down hill, with Tom as the new host and changing the shows format. it use to be the best, but why cahnge a good thing. Bring back Bowler at least!!!!!
How dare them make Tom Williams the host of the Mole! They should bring back Grant in since he's the best host of the Mole ever see in Australia. Please come back to the show, it wouldn't that exciting since the ratings aren't that high with Tom around.
This show would be so much better with Grant hosting, he had it all, sorry to say but i think the new mole is SH*T and boring, bring back Grant and Bring back the old mole format, not this crap with live eliminations. Oh please, its not a kiddies game show.

My partmet told me to tape every episode as he works on Thursday nights but after last night I said to him that there was no point in taping it as Tom Williams is shit and so is the "new" format of the show.
Grant was a better host and never gave anything away. Hands up all those who know who The Mole is because of Tom.
