dude you have to bring back the old classics. i mean fairly odd parents and spongbob were ok but what about ren and stimpy, angry beavers, rocko's modern life, real monsters, the old all that just to name a few. even though i am older now and i dont really watch cartoons anymore but i would if they brought back the old shows. I WANT KEENAN AND KEL BACK!!!!!
I used to watch nick when I was about 8, and I still remember all of the awesome shows they used to show! All the ones now (w/ a few exceptions, such as Aaaah! Real Monsters, Angry Beavers, All that, Hey Arnold) stink! Bring back the old shows!
i wish they still played the old nick shows like the show about the teen detective and are you afraid of the dark or even alan strange the newer ones are tolerable but will never win a place in my heart
I'll admit that I do rather enjoy "The Fairly Odd Parents" (though it's hideously overplayed) and I'll even go as far as to admit that I like "Spongebob Squarepants" (though not without a slight twinge of embarrassment). But the simple fact is, Nickelodeon has completely sold out. Those two aforementioned shows are just about the only ones currently playing on the network that I deem watchable. I know that just about any business will sacrifice quality for profit whenever possible, but I simply don't think that airing a few of the long-forgotten shows would be so terribly detrimental to monetary intake. Actually, I don't know if it's even pure profit that you Nickelodeon people are basing your decisions on. I mean, hell, you cancelled "Invader Zim!" Do you even know what kind of cult following that show has? I don't see how the ratings could possibly be bad for that program. Why you don't air that and many other shows that would be widely watched is a mystery to me. So as far as I'm concerned, you ought to play some of the older shows at least once in a while because it would mean a lot to many of us, and I really don't see how it would hurt the network.

I would really love to see old-school nick on tv again. I would love to see episodes of you can't do that on television, out of control, and turkey tv. Please bring them back!!!
Man I miss the days of sittin round watchin old school nickelodeon. I remember i used to laugh sooo hard at Parnatheus and Bob on Kablam! And as for the new cast on All That... THEY SUCK! bring back Amanda, Kenan and Kel and all of those other people!
They really do need to bring back all those old shows on nick. as a matter a fact they need back all the shows from cartoon network too. all those new shows are horrible and stupid its mabye only so many out of the 100 to 200 shows that are any good younginz today dont know what real tv shows are. i know they gotta keep the new stuff on but boomerang and GAS and Nicktoons aint cuttin it. There was a great cartoon by Saban called Grimms fairy tales. It was the most meaningful show of my childhood. Other shows I miss include Koala, Koala, David the Gnome, Are you afriad of the dark, Pete and Pete, Hey Dude!, and all the other cool stuff I watched in the morning from 89 - 97ish. It is a real tragedy that the shows of my generation have been forgotten, while lesser quality shows teach our young ones bad taste. Granted a little kid will like any cartoon, MTV or nickelodeon could afford to have just one day of the classics. Ive seen a channel out there that features old nickelodeon game shows like Double Dare, and that one that Mike o'malley hosted, and Arcade, and Get the Picture, and Treasure Hunt -- but these are just game shows. Seriously Nickelodeon -- get a grip, hire new writers, cut the slapstick, replicate the aura of the older shows, or just give us what we want -- i mean you give my mother Threes Company, and Bob Newhart (you dont even do that anymore!) Please, just write a disclaimer on the Nickelodeon discussing the reasons why you cannot show the older and better shows.

I agree with everyone on here.. what has happened to nickelodeon! All the shows they have on now SUCK! I want all these old shows back! I grew up with those shows... They were actually funny and worth watching! I loved all of these shows as a kid, and you've totally gotta bring 'em back. The pure joy that would result from such a wonderful action might very well stop my heart, but I'd die a happy, fulfilled man.
