i think schapelle should come back home, even if she is guilty it is the huge drug dealers that everyone shgould be caring about, she is just a victim of our corrupt society.
I believe Schapelle is innocent and after the way she has been treated, I would never go to Bali for a holiday. I am disgusted in our government for not helping her.

It is very distressing to see this young lady imprisoned without positive proof of guilt. Not even a translator so that she may be heard. This is not justice, it is disgraceful. Let her go!
after the millions of dollars and support given to indonesia after the tsunami, the least they could have done was provide a translator for schapelle to deliver her plea.
Bring this poor young woman home to her family where she belongs & push for the Indonesian Government to spend their time & money bringing the real criminals to justice - the Bali Bombers. They are the ones who should be facing the firing squad not this innocent victim of an incompetent airport security system!!
For someone to be put through such torture and pain, is unfair especially when we lost 88 of our own in the bali bombing only to see the "accused" recieve 36 months in prison, where is their justice? Chapelle you are an innocent victim, so for once John do something to save one of our own and bring schapelle home!
There are plenty of other people in this world that should be behind bars - rapists, child molesterers - why is the world's legal system wasting valuable time and money on an innocent aussie when they could be out there getting those that really deserve to be behind bars?? What a JOKE!
As one who has travelled and done business in various parts of Asia over the last 20 years, including the Muslim based Indonesia and Malaysia I still strugle to understand the Asian cultural views and attitude to the value of the individual, particularly as to the place,relevance and importance of women and their views, in their society.
This is one of the main problems underlining any fair ( by our standareds ) treatment of Schapelle Corby or any other untried Australian citizen caught in their society. The archaic reasoning of an individual being automatically assumed to be guilty before any defence is another major influence at the root of the existing problem for Scahpelle.The diplomatic currents are complex but the eventual outcome is incontestible : Scappelle Corby must be extradiated, apart from the obvious emotional element driving the present discussions the belief of what we as Australians uphold needs to be seen to be and in fact,vigorously upheld by our top level representatives, particularly by the Indonesian Judiciary.
This face of their culture still has a way to go to uphold the veracity of their decisions in relation to the Bali Bombing convicts.

This is a low point in australian foreign affairs. Our government has showen no sympathy and no nationalistic pride whatsoever. This is a disgrace for all australians. The liberal govt. should be sacked over this. John Howard is showing what a spinless person he is.

Schapelle, you are so brave to get through what you have so far, millions of Australians are behind you, picture yourself happy and safe in the arms of those you love and it will come true, you will be home soon, I just know it. Schapelle you need to stay stronge, and keep your head up. I dont think there would be one aussie out there that could say there not proud of you and what you stand for. coz mate I no i am so proud to be able to say i am an aussie just like you. It takes someone really stroge to get though what you have. We sit and see all the news up dates and every thing & i say to my family, that could of been me or sisters & we would be just as innocent as what YOU ARE! Schelle you will be home soon.

I do not believe Schapelle to be guilty, but regardless Indonesia must return her to Australia. We help indonesia in times of trouble and financially, take our money and help, now return our citizen. Our PM must fight for her or heaven help those who travel there.
Do not let the Indonesian government commit another crime of inhumanity - - it is the Australian Government's responsibility to bring one of our citizens, Schapelle Corby home safely.
