Yes,Schapelle is innocent. It is about time the Australian Government HURRY and bring her HOME!! as you have evidence of our luggage has been tampered in our airports. I know the laws are quite harsh in Bali althought everyone knows Bali is infested with DRUGS and you wouldn't courier it there. as a criminal lawyer from ontario canada i am appalled at the criminal justice system that appears to operate in Indonesia, where the onus is on the defendant to prove innocence, as opposed to any right thinking democratic country where innocence is presumed and guilt must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. I think Australia could be doing more to ensure that Schapell's lawyers are being given more help to obtain evidence of her innocense. I heard on TV that the Australian government didn't want to interfer incase it damaged Schapell's case for a fair and just trial without prejudice or riuning ties with the indonesian government. Well how about doing something rather than nothing. It is quite obvious that unlike the Bali 9 Schapell only has circumstancial evidence that she knew the drugs were in her bag. Far ot let the poor woman go, does the Bali Government not have a heart, she will be getting the same sentance as that idiot that masterminded the Bali Bombings in 2002 and her supposed crime is far less than his.
