1473 Oh my God...A similar incident happened to me. TELL THE WORLD about that one, unless of course the US gags you, like they usually do. This type of thing does HAPPEN. Baggage handlers and airport staff should plant a bit of weed on Mr Downer's or Mr. Howard's relatives. I have had my luggage tampered with MANY times and they CAN cut off your baggage locks WITHOUT your consent and you can really just getted screwed over it if they really want to. Any body that smuggled MJ is well aware of its potent smell and it is hard to disguise. This "weed" was not disguised or hidden or camoflaged AT ALL. Give me a break....Shapelle is NOT stupid. I am damn sure that if I was gonna smuggle anything it sure as hell, wouldn't be 4 and a half kilos of pot INTO bali. PLEASE... what a bloody joke. I DON'T believe it especially after my own ordeal. ATTENTION: SURFERS There are good waves right here, some of the best. I lived in Hawaii for 5 years and it was incredible and the waves are out of this world. To heck with bloody Bali and Indonesia, as there are hundreds of totally incredible places to see such as Hawaii, Tahiti, Fiji and so on. Even Vanuatu isn't bad and they won't ream your ass over a Marijuana joint or cup of Kava, I'm sure.. What a fiasco over such bullshit. Schapelle didn't do it...the baggage handlers or who ever, damn well did it. It just got missed on its delivery to Sydney. In fact, lets just swap the Burnies or some big pin dealer (in jail at present, thank God) with Schapelle and put to death REAL criminals. AVOID BALI AND INDONESIA.

Schapelle Corby's imprisonment and trial are a farce, outrageous and a miscarriage of justice. I am a travel agent and detering every one of my customers from travelling to Indonesia and will do so until the Indonesian legal system changes.

It appears that a kangaroo court exists in Bali. We will be boycotting Indonesia as much as we can from now on. The incarceration of Schapelle, is an attack on Westerners similar to 9-11 (The Bali 9, conspired before they were caught, its completely different.) Schapelle is 100% innocent. Pleading with you to release her won't work, so I won't bother, but you know in your heart she is innocent, if you think she is guilty you are as ignorant as the judges. The Australian government should be doing more to support Australian people. John Howard needs to do what ever he can to arrange to have Schapelle Corby set free so she can come back home.
I wrote a letter to Shapelle last night and His Excellency; Imron COTAN, Indonesian Embassy in Canberra.I too went through a similar and dreadful incident in 1990 between the US Federal Govt. and myself. I was wrongly accused of something I DID NOT do. After many months and help from Mr. Gareth Evans, the (1990) Minister for Foreign Affairs, I was free to move around and go where I wanted, which at that time was the USA. Miscarriages of justice DO happen. The incident traumatised me and to this day, I will NEVER forget the fear of going to jail for something that I honestly did not do. The US Govt.gave me a pathetic, half-hearted VERBAL apology. This particular incident cost me at least $10,000 USD and scarred me for life.
I think Schapelle should be brought home as she is innocent, she has proven this in her statement given to the Balinese judges.
I pray for her that she remains strong through this ordeal knowing that Australians are behind her. I think the australian government should be doing more to help one of our own

I'm just back from Bali last week. As my girlfriend and I left the Hotel each night for dinner, the same 3 guys sitting on the side of the street would offer us marijuana every night as we walked past. Why would anyone bother trying to bring BYO???
Schappelle is the light that shows us the injustice in the greater, wider world. Her case WILL help to change this harsh unfair system! She must have made an agreement with God - I believe, in her higher consciousness, to be a catalyst for change. My LOVE to Schappelle and encouragement to please stay strong and step into the power you now have as an enlightening force..

Our nation is absolutely devastated for this poor poor girl. Unfortunately Australia is on tender hooks with Indonesia and simply must honour their legal system. I hope, if Schapelle does get charged that then, one the Judges are finished with the government has more involvement with the Indonesian Government and Royal Family regarding her possible pardon, or at least transfer to Australia.
