i have been to bali heaps of times and i know that drugs are cheaper there. so, unless schapelle is extremely stupid, why would she take drugs to a place where they are cheaper? i think she should be trialed in australia, not bali
The Australian government should've stepped in earlier to declare her innocence, unlike others whereby the government, it seems, will do anything, who knowingly strap herion to themselves.

This is a disgusting outrage as it is clear there is not enough evidence for a transparent conviction however this does not seem to bother the Indonesian or Australian Government. Schapelle is but a pawn ini a political arena of benign strength.
I believe that Schapelle Corby is innocent. It is ludicrous that she is going through this prison sentence. I am disgusted with a system that has treated the Bali Bombers with such leniency for killing so many people and yet they are giving a life sentence to someone who is innocent. I will never visit Bali!

i think that the judge who heard her hearing should have taken notice of her emmotions as they seemed to be original and not made up. i think they should let her go!

I can't believe the nutcase that was behind the bali bombings got off lightly when he has killed and affected so many lives, and Shapelle who they have no hard proof that she did smuggle the drugs into their country is being condemed without a fair trial it seems. I'll be rushing back to Bali in a hurry - NOT.

I firmly believe Schapelle Corby is innocent, that she is a victim of an Australian-based drug ring and that she is not receiving a fair trial in Indonesia.
From what I have read the judge is apparantly "still trying to fiind something in the law" (to let her go?). Is there know one out there that has the specialty or knowledge of the Bali law as it is written. Someone that could find it for the man. Who could honestly tell me that he in all his glory can't find some way around this. Even with all the technicalities and red tape I find it hard to believe they can't let her go. Do they have no power in their position? What about discretionary decisions? To the judge don't just find it in your heart find it in your head as well. It's not that complicated the girl should be free!!!! And to Schapelle NEVER give up! Because we won't!
When a law in any country is blatantly abused, then yes, the consequences of the action must be accepted. This is NOT the case with Schapelle. Here is a young, intelligent, humble and beautiful individual who has no qualm in maintaining eye to eye contact with "the Court". These are not the actions of a guilty person. Please hear the voices of many and bring her home.
