Why isn't there a world wide governed law system that could be used whenever someone is arrested in another country & faces trial....to ensure that everyone of the human race gets a fair trial no matter what colour or nationality they are ? Fair trial is all that we ask. No one should be convicted on such evidence. Bali will attract bad karma unless it changes it's laws and that's what worries me...therefore how can I even contemplate travelling to this country with such Karma attached to it.
Its a mystery why no one is trying to prove Schapelle didn't do this. No one is so blatantly stupid to do this. Its time the Indonesians faced that. If they're concerned for tourism, there's nothing that could hurt their tourism more than locking an innocent girl up forever!
I am a Canadian and saddened by the "legal" procedures (or lack thereof) in the court case againt Schapelle Corby. In addition, no crime is worth the taking of a human life. At the very least, send her to an Australian prison so her family can visit her regularly.
Schapelle Corby's life is in the hands of those who assume she's guilty. Now, she has to 'prove' her innocence. The LAW is imposed upon this poor girl by the three 'judges' who never understood her final plea (in English). 7 months in this hell hole is enough 'punishment' even if she was guilty. Can't these stone-face judges see the face of this petrified human being begging for her life!!! IF SHE'S NOT PROVEN GUILTY, SEND HER HOME. Period.
Let Schapelle come home. This brave girl is having her soul destroyed in a Bali jail. She is innocent and needs to return to her life. If they won't give her a FAIR trial they should let her come home.
Schapelle is clearly a victim of our poor security system in baggage handling. The Australian Government needs to fight to bring her home without serving any more unecessary time in Indonesian prison.

This lady is clearly innocent. The utmost political pressure needs to be brought to bear and until she comes home all ties with Indonesia including aid should be suspended.
Its atrocious that this innocent girl in facing life in jail when the bali bombers got only a couple of years. Not only is Schappelle an innocent victim but the indonesian legal system is totally flawed.. It makes me mad that in todays world the australian govt cant step in to rectify this apparent miscarriage of justice
If the JUDGES looked @ this case in a proper legal way their is to much doubt so they can not convict her,not unless they have no idea of the legal system,they should be fair and not make up their own minds,LISTEN TO THE EVIDENCE YOU COULD NOT CONVICT THIS GIRL ON THAT.
We've already scarred this beautiful human being for life, so don't sentence her for another one. She is CLEARLY innocent and should be highly compensated for the incompetence of the Balinese government.

How could an innocent holiday turn into such a bloody nightmare? I'll be thinking twice about travelling especially to Bali..Nobody deserves this. This poor girl is innocent...Bring her home Mr Howard!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This whole trial is morally depraved and repugnant and so are you Prime Minister, John Howard - for not acting to bring Schapelle Corby home. I implore you to do something. Schapelle Corby should not be in that filthy prison.

the treatment Schapelle has had is nothing short of disgusting. Those responsible for setting her up should be the ones in an Indonesian prison and our govt should pull their finger out and look after the interests of it's citizens better.
If Indonesia wants our aid, then in exchange return our accused or we with hold our aid.
Indonesia is a third world country with a third world legal system, BOYCOTT BALI NOW & keep our tourist dollars at home.

why do the bali bombers only get months in jail for taking many lifes whilst Schapelle is facing far worse for much a lesser crime. (even though i believe ahe is innocent)
I think it is appalling that the Australian government has not taken a stronger stance on this issue, when the Indonesian government seem hell bent on making an example of someone who they can not without a doubt prove is guilty of any crime.
